We get a preview of the NCAA Women's Golf Tournament in Stockton Today - May 4th. We learn more about a State Fair event Take Pics Like a Pro. Brass Tap in Vacaville is at it again. Now they are pairing Beer and Produce. We get a preview of Mother's Day Comedy Show at Punchline taking place Sunday May 8th. The students at Lake Canyon Elementary School are learning to paint and are painting a school mural. Melissa is at Lighthouse Mermaid Productions where they are teaching kids to swim. We are checking out The Child Abuse Prevention Council  hosting their 3rd annual Ducky Derby and Public Safety Drive. We get a preview of Judy Dolls Project. Nha was with West Sac Soccer Club who just won the Cal North District Cup and heading to their next bing competition the Presidents Cup in Colorado, June 13 - 19, 2016. Nha was with the students at Lake Canyon Elementary School who are learning to paint and more. Eight-five of the students are developing a permanent mural painted onto recycled metal panels.

Cambi was with Judy Ellison the maker of Judy Dolls. She and her five girlfriends have been creating the handmade “Judy Dolls” for almost 20 years

Melissa was with Steven a 2-time Golden Gloves Champion who is helping you get a knockout workout. Melissa was with Lighthouse Mermaid Productions who teach classes to children so they can learn to be pearl-fect mermaids in the water.

Courtney had all your Hollywood news in Hollywood Headlines. Local Comedians and their moms joined Courtney to talk about the Mother's Day Comedy Show at Punchline Sunday May 8th. Courtney was getting a preview of the East Sacramento Garden Tour May 7th - 8th benefiting students of David Lubin Elementary School.

Julissa was getting a preview of a new competition coming to the California State Fair that showcases the photography talent of both young and old.

Laura was with The executive chef from Safeway who was whipping up some unique mother’s day bites that all start with bread

Eight-five of the students are developing a permanent mural painted onto recycled metal panels. They have been preparing for it by learning how to paint for the last few months, meeting every Tuesday after school in their cafeteria.

AVOCADO TOAST
Ingredients:
Signature SELECT Artisan French Bread, sliced lengthwise and toasted
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ripe Hass avocados
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Pinch of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Signature SELECT uncured bacon; cooked
Fresh lemon wedge
Directions:
Toast baguette using toaster, broiler or oven. Rub garlic clove over toasted surface of bread and drizzle with olive oil. Top with sliced avocado and season with salt and pepper. Top with crumbled or slices of bacon. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
SIGNATURE AFFOGATO
Ingredients:
2 (2 ounce) scoops Signature SELECT Moose Tracks Ice Cream
3 ounces prepared Signature SELECT Coffee, Kona Blend
Soft whipped cream
Peanut Brittle, crushed
Chocolate Shavings
Directions:
Add 2 scoops to a clear parfait glass. Pour half an ounce of coffee over ice cream. Top with soft whipped cream, chocolate shavings and peanut brittle.
Shoot with and without toppings.
Makes 1 serving
