A local champion sumo wrestler shows off skills and needs your help so she can compete in Mongolia.Today on Good Day Dave was with Cha at William Land Park to learn more about the sumo life.

Heather learned all about the benefits of incorporating an MMA style workout compared to a regular cardio workout at Brick City Gym. Heather was at Mountainview Middle School where one Local teacher is teaching concepts like the pythagorean theorem and how to calculate a slope by having her students code video games.
Melissa rolled the Good Day Mobile Boutique Salon and Spa to McKinley Park to test it out. Melissa was at Scandia where they are celebrating 40 years in business and Melissa’s going to ride the Screamer 40 times in a row to celebrate THIS FRIDAY.

Chef Bryan Martinez from Raley's was in to show Courtney was Checking Out Brussel Bytes from the makers of Wonderfully Raw. Courtney was getting a preview of the Autism Prom Night taking place at VFW 905 Drever Street West Sacramento, CA Friday, May 20 6-9pm for $10 Plus John has Jewelry and T-Shirts available that he made.

Cody had 2 Minutes of Mayhem.

Dave: High School Gentleman’s Club
Today on Good Day Dave was at Sheldon High learning about their Gentlemen’s Club who is having a fundraiser sponsored by Sterling Scott ties and Sterling-Scott.com. Talk show host, radio host, comedian, and designer Scott Conner offered to make a special line of ties for the club and sell them at a discount while giving part of the profit back to school. They are using the money to fund their Sober Grad Night and much-needed supplies for the Choir.
