Melissa was at Olive Grove Elementary school who has been picked by the Google Expeditions Pioneer Team to take part in a four hour virtual field trip with their new technology. This cardboard reminds me of the old viewfinder we had as kids.
Nha was in Modesto where Kids from California Kids Connection are learning how to develop important life skills such as communication, patience and character building.
Courtney was checking out a health and environment nutritional drink that includes beets. Courtney was at Woodland Vet Hospital who is hosting a donation drive to send care packages to military dogs working overseas
Marianne Gave a brief Behind the Scenes of Luther Burbank Titan Media Class. Marianne McClary was at Luther Burbank between 8 and 9 a.m. reading the school announcements and guest anchoring “Titan TV” While she was at Burbank, junior Joseph Gonsolis was at the Good Day studios to take Marianne's seat. I love this idea on so many levels. One it teaches kids something fun and they al seem to enjoy. Two I thought it was fun for Marianne to go to Luther Burbank because I'm sure it gave the kids a chance to ask her questions and who not better to learn from than Marianne who is such a true professional in the business. Three Joseph did a pretty good job and was really fun.
Mark and Ken talked with hilarious Rainn Wilson about her new memoir “The Bassoon King: My Life in Art, Faith, and Idiocy”. Ken and Mark and Joseph talked with English actor Simon Pegg to talk to talk about his new romantic comedy “Man Up.”
Mark, Marianne and Ken talked with John Travolta and Jackie Earle Haley who are teaming up for the new film “Criminal Activities.” in theaters November 20th.
Mark and Ken talked with Criminal Activities Producers Howard Burd and Micah Sparks about the movie.
