Box Office Report:
As we finish up the final weekend of March it is looking like this weekend will bring us a new number 1 at the Box Office and it is not what you may think. Although Get Hard is doing very well early projections say it will finish #2 with an estimated $34,610,000 behind the new #1 with Rihanna Jennifer Lopez Steve Martin Jim Parsons the new animated hit Home finishing at an estimated $54,000,000 Coming in at 3rd falling 2 spots Divergent Series Insurgent with $22,075,000. Coming in at #4 with an estimated $17,515,000 and falling 2 spots Cinderella, and rounding out the top 5 It Follows raising up all the way from 19th last week with an estimated $4,021,000.

All totals are estimates and will update Monday after noon PST.

Final Thoughts:
This week on Mark at the Movies we met a new friend and said hello to an old. Starting in the Retro Reel Review Mark talked with April Crain from the Divergent Series Fan Site April gave some good insight to the movie that was last weeks number 1. 

Mark and his crew that included The Stunning Alexa Renee The beautiful Dionna Renee The gorgeous Jordyn M. Rolling The Captain America of the show Julian Soto Your announcer SHORT-E ON HOT 1035 and with apologies one new girl that I don't know the name of yet talked about Get Hard. Mark talked with Kevin Hart, Will Ferrell and TI about the movie that everyone said was worth seeing. 

After the Get Hard discussion it was time for Mark to bring in our Old Friend Alex Hudgens from Black Tree On TV. Alex joined via Skype to talk about her sit down interviews with Rihanna, Jim Parsons, and Steve Martin from "Home" that also features Jennifer Lopez. 

New to DVD this week is the final series of The Hobbit, Angelina Jolie's Unbroken and Into The Woods with Emily Blunt and James Cordon we also saw the amazing Anna Wesselman who has been away for awhile but still very much a part of the Mark at the Movies family. Anna will return soon.

Coming up next week in theaters Furious 7. This the final Paul Walker movie also starring Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, and Michelle Rodriguez. I have NO Doubt in my mind this will be next weeks #1. Mark and Mark at the Movies crew will be all over this movie next week and if you live in the Sacramento area you can see it on IMAX April 3rd for FREE!!!! We are in the 3rd week of May and we have a NEW #1 Movie at the Box Office and they are Angry. Not just any Angry but Angry Birds with an estimated $39,000,000. After 2 weeks at #1 Captain America - Civil War will fall to #2 with an estimated $33,114,000. Coming in at #3 this week will be Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising $21,790,000. The Nice Guys will finish in a distant 4th spot with an estimated $11,270,000. The Jungle Book (2016)  $11,017,000.
