Opening Statement:
On Monday a young mother was shot and killed by an x-boyfriend who she had a restraining order against because he threatened her life and vandalized her vehicle once before. I don't know these individuals but we as a society MUST, MUST change the system before any other person with a restraining order for and against can hurt or be hurt again. In addition this young man, William Gardner III is still at large and he needs to be brought to justice for the alleged killing of this young woman. I will be covering this and more Today in the News....

When traffic attacks it throws content out the window but to the credit of all 3 stations they all handled it with professionalism and provided content that I like to use for Today in the News...
My58 showed new toys for the holiday season. Why didn't I have these when I was a kid? They also showed an impressive Star Wars collection up for auction.
Fox had Wicked West in studio cooking up thanksgiving pizza and Sacramento Magazine Best of showed some good looking cupcakes. Both are things I can no longer eat.
Good Day Sacramento the King of Comedy Morning TV delivered as usual despite all the accidents. I think I counted 5 on Sacramento freeways at one point that they covered. In addition to that they also covered a new pet rehab center, our new favorite Recipes from Home and blog writer Rebecca Donahue made a fruit turkey. This was a turkey made of different fruits. Her blog on Wordpress is Come to my table. I will link it to mine when I find it. The other thing from Good Day Sacramento was anchorman audition from Ikea with Mark S. Allen. I don't yet know the 3 finalist at the time of this writing but I can tell you Vanessa, Wade, and Kathleen are my favorites. Once the 3 finalist are announced I will post it via Facebook, and twitter if they are not posted prior to this post following its final edit. EDIT: The 3 finalist are up and it is now our time to vote. Little did I know my 3 favorites would be the same as the Good Day Powers would choose.
