Opening Statement:
We made to the Weekend and have turned the controls of the ship over to Amy and Cody for the weekend. It promises to be a fun, filled, day today and I am looking forward to it. Couple of notes before we get into Today in the News. Today marks the final Friday Night Light highlights for the year. The regular season is now done and on to the Playoff format. I will still be covering College and NFL plus as we draw the High School season to an official close I will update you all on who goes to State but for now we concentrate on what is taking place Today in the News and today it's all about Good Day Sacramento Weekend.... So lets see what is going on Today in the News.....

Final Thoughts:
Wow! Today's show went by quick. I blinked at 7 and it was already 11. It was fast paced, four hours of fun and food. Tina started our day at Carols finding out what was for breakfast and getting the Cody and Amy order made up. Even Camera guy Scott got some good healthy food.... Well a heart pancake at least. While Tina was at breakfast Amy, Cody, Bailey & Melissa played scrabble. Yup Bailey won. So the crew in studio was having fun while Lori was getting her weekend workouts in. First boxing and then body building.
Christianne was hanging with Sleeping Beauty then to hang with a chef making healthy meals. Meanwhile Tina joined the circus and went to checkout the dentist honoring Vets. Shrek the Musical stopped by the studio to perform a song and Lori jumped aboard the Dress Fiend Thrifting Party Bus going shop to shop. Comedian Sarah Tiana came by to talk and help out with Hot Headlines. Shortly after Mel completed 2 Minutes of Mayhem husband Sean called in for some Smack talk and Mel offered a challenge of who can deliver it better. My guess is Sean will go down if he delivers 2 Minutes like he did Mel's hair yesterday. :).
Then former Good Day Sacramento Producer Eric Shackelford err Dr. Rollins stopped by to answer viewer questions about Lipo.
