Opening Statement:
As we head into the Thanksgiving week much of the shows will be featuring gift ideas as well as Thanksgiving tips and tricks. We started seeing that yesterday with Good Day Sacramento Weekend having Embassy Suites come in to talk about their meals. In the past years the Sunday show on Good Day was their Thanksgiving Dinner show. I really hope they keep this tradition this year. We will have to see Today in the News.....

Final Thoughts:
Happy Thanksgiving to the Good Day Sacramento weekend show. As tradition continues much like Charlie Brown & Rudolph the Red nose Reindeer the Good Day Sacramento Weekend crew had their annual Thanksgiving Day Show with all the trim and fixings. A very Special Thank you to Fearon May Events, Accents by Sage and Party City for all the wonderful decorations, and set up. Without your wonderful visions the studio would look like a studio and you did a wonderful job. Of course no meal would be complete if it wasn't for the wonderful people of Raley's/Bel Air for providing the food for the Good Day Sacramento feast as well as Sweetcakes by Rebecca's
With the holidays we always have fun learning new recipes and today was no different with Melissa visiting Crystal who made a wonderful looking dish. The best part is Crystal has a blog and you can follow her on blogger and get more of her recipes.
When Melissa wasn't in the kitchen she was learning archery and then wood craving and singing a song.
Neda also joined in the holiday fun by skating at the Downtown Rink then going to get a Miley Cyrus type makeover before heading out to Festival of Trees for a very serious cause.
Back to Cody err Tom Turkey for the Day and Amy they introduced us to 4 local Modesto shops in part of support for Small Business Saturday coming up this week. Some great little stores I might add.

Today Tina was Dishin from Roundhouse Deli in Roseville, Eleanor was Dishin the juicy gossip at the Thanksgiving table and Lori had fun with Party City for kids activity and she had the Hot Headlines.
