Opening Statement: When I was writing my Final Thought yesterday I was and felt physically shaken because I was a witness to a robbery. A 19/20 year old AA Male backed his car into the parking spot and left his door partially open.... All signs something was up but never thought about until after the fact. When he entered the store he was dressed in Red shirt, dark sweatshirt, jeans and dreads down to his shoulder. He walked around the display half way before grabbing 2 Galaxy S 4 phones only to have them attached to wire so they snapped back and he had to grab again. He was successful and ran out the door back into his car and sped off. What is sad is a young person with his whole life in front of him turned to theft. I hope the police catch him and he can learn from his mistakes. As a reminder Today's entry will be Good Day Sacramento only due to me having an appointment. Today on this exclusive Good Day Sacramento Edition of Today in the news we had a lot of fun and a short time to get it all in. We started our morning off with show&tell and Courtney showing her up coming Weird or Worth it. Once she did her weird or worth it, it's always worth it to see the fun. Ju taking a cook book from the 99 cent store to make a dish was fun especially when it turns out to be a good dish. Cody might have had the best segments of the day first with viewer Rebecca making her upside down pie. It looked so good. I really hope Cody convinced her to write a recipe blog. I assure you and her if she does I will share them here in Today in the News. Come on Rebecca please!!!! If you have anything sugar free hi I'm your guy to try 😄. His other live shot was with Pat. This invention is so freaking cool. As a boy who grew up loving trains and toy trains this device he created is just amazing. This is for sure a Kickstarter program I can and did get behind. Only about 2 weeks to go to help him out. The video of the Price is Right contestant was so funny and the viewers of Good Day Sacramento responded quickly and Aliaya was not only doing but she called in. Not only did her reaction cause a stir but so did her Airbrushed shirt. Airbrush Pete was responsible for this shirt and looking at their work one word comes to mind..... WOW! Nice job. I think the weekend crew found to gem of segments in 1 if Cody & Amy can get the contestant in studio to tell her story and Airbrush Pete to show off his work. Finally instead of the Manly Minute today Ken went to practice his cup song before the Good Day Sacramento talent show on Monday, November 18, 430-10am. What an excellent job Ken did with a little training. I cannot wait for this show. Looking ahead to tomorrow: Weird or Worth It.... A wash bag that requires no power or electricity.
