Quick Thought::
It was a fun day on Good Day Sacramento. One of the things they covered throughout the show was the Mavericks taking place in San Francisco. If you have not seen Chasing Mavericks this is one of the BEST movies I've seen and really shows how awesome the Mavericks are. Like I said today was a fun show with all the Grammy talk though I must admit I have very little clue who most of the artist today are because I'm still stuck in the 80's but I will still watch the show. Do you want to know how much fun today was? Of course you do, that is why you are here right... Well here you go....
Recap:
430/5am:
Today in Show and Tell Cody shared a company that takes old baseball gloves and makes them into hats, belts and more. Marianne had a GREAT Daily list today talking about gift cards. Our 5am Club member was a cute baby and the question of the day was about prom. Mark had News of the weird and the Show us your.. pics started to be shown.
6am:
In the 6am hour Mark went to local radio stations Mix 96 and KSFM 102.5 to get their Grammy Predictions. Melissa took on a local grocery bagger heading to Vegas for the Championship. Marianne talked to 2 local Wounded Warriors that put together a documentary and then Marianne, Ken, and Courtney took part in the physical challenge. Also in the 6am hour June Squibb who starred in the Movie Nebraska joined in via Satellite.
7am:
Mark continued getting Grammy Predictions, Finally talking to Nina and Todd from Now 100.5. Melissa came up short in her portion of the Bagger challenge to Mondo. Marianne and Ken talked to former broadcaster from KCRA, KVOR Sue Pearson about her new book Nancies, and finally Eli from Riverbank who made a full court shot talked about his accomplished.
8am:
The 8am hour of Food Day Sacramento was pretty cool Courtney had a couple of segments not to mention she was the DJ for Court's Tunes today she also previewed the Chef Challenge coming up next week at the Holiday Inn, and they after she was in the kitchen she talked to John about Infinite Potential Gym. This gym has everything from fencing to Tumbling and dancing. Ken, Marianne, and Mark talked with a local Tracy Tae Kwon Do instructor, James Reed who was named to the Hall of Fame in 2013. Mark talked more Grammy predictions plus I Frankenstein with Aaron Eckhart in theaters now. Melissa got her groceries bagged so it was time for her to learn DIY for Dummies at the Home and Landscape Expo at Cal Expo. Finally today's #9amtopic was introduced.
9am:
Mark and Laura guided us through the 9am hour and today's #9amtopic of What would you want a gift card for. Melissa learned how to build a BBQ at the Home and Landscape show. Courtney decided to head down to Elk Grove to workout at Infinite Potential Gym. Tina was checking out a new restaurant Der BierGarten, serving GREAT German Food and up to 32 Beers. Everything takes place outside so if it rains they close. Mark and Laura talked with KNCI's Pat and Tom about their Country Grammy predictions and Ken had our Grammy themed Manly Minute and finally to complete the show we had Final Question of the day and then we danced into the Weekend.
Final Thoughts:
We cannot officially dance into the weekend until the end so with that said during one of the conversations that take place Cody revealed he sang in the shower with one of the Milli Vanilli boys when in Indianapolis. Pretty sure Cody was the only one who was singing. I really liked the new Gym in Elk Grove that Courtney shared with us. This is so much more than a gym but more like an indoor activity center with all the stuff they offer and for Doctor Who lovers, they had a Tardis. Plus the Der BierGarten restaurant will have a killer business when it's officially the end of the rain season. The food looked delicious and Mel making the BBQ was so fun. Good Day was so fun today and will continue to be all weekend long but we can't get there until we Dance into the weekend and now we can dance into the weekend and hand off the controls to Cody and Amy. But what we don't know is what is taking place this weekend. Though I can't say everything here is a brief look into what is ahead this weekend on Good Day Sacramento Weekend.

Quick Thought::
