It's Superhero day and today's Good Day will be full of your Superheros having fun. On today's show It is Thursday so SPCA is back with Pet of the Week. You can get a Free Dozen Donuts at Krispy Kreme Donuts today and dressing like a Superhero is encouraged. Dr. Phil is stopping  by to talk about Bobbi Kristina. Comedian Josh Wolf is stopping by before he begins his 3 days of shows at Punchline. Ninjago Ride at Legoland California Resort is opening May 5th and today we will get a preview. Sacramento Children’s Museum is holding a Designer Challenge May 4th and today we get a preview. A local Principal will be at Space 7 Salon to shave his head for a cause. Last month Cody met 1 of the 2 men getting ready to ride across the country for PTSD today The Eternity Challenge begins. You've seen them on Amazing Race now today Melissa is checking out Schiller Bikes. Leila Arcieri will share how to stop those food cravings. We are checking out Rocksbox Subscription Box. Julissa has her Mommy Moment with Runchkins Clothes. Two local kids are trying to make the U.S. National Football team and Ken is putting their skills to the test.  8th Graders at Alice Birney School have started a program to help Girls in Africa. Today's Recap:
Cambi aka Spider-Man was at  Krispy Kreme who are asking people to take a picture with their hero to win free donuts for life. So Good Day decided to drop off donuts to some heroes we know in local Firefighters, Police, etc. Cambi delivered donuts to Elk Grove Police.

Julissa was at Sacramento Children's Museum where on May 4th Local designers will compete at the annual INSPIRE Women’s Luncheon. Julissa was with a local stylist checking Rockbox a jewelry subscription box. Julissa had her Mommy Moment with the Makers of Runchkins Stylish kids clothes delivered to your door (think stitchfix for kids) and they promise to buy back every piece when your munchkin outgrows them.

Melissa was getting a behind-the-scenes look at the process of Schiller Bikes

Courtney was with Sacramento SPCA for this week's Pet of the Week. This week we met Mayzie, Pepper and Piper 2 Month Old Chinchilla Mix Bunnies. $5 each. Courtney was at Alice Birney School where 8th graders teamed up with Upendo Women's Foundation and are helping African Girls coming of age in parts of Africa who miss dozens of days of school a year because of one of the most natural things in the world: their menstrual cycle.

Tina was with Leila Arcieri, a former model/actress who is now a self-taught food scientist created the first all-natural sweetener. Leila talked about her tricks & treats to jump-start your healthy body project, just in time for summer.

Ken talked with comedian Josh Wolf before his shows at Punchline. Ken was with the boys Robert and Jaiyer and their mom and the boys seeing they had the skills to go against Ken. They are trying to raise money to travel to Ohio this summer to train with college coaches

Marianne and Ken talked with Julie from Legoland California to learn more about the cutting-edge technology that is changing amusement parks with the unveiling of Ninjago the Ride at Legoland California Resort. Before it opens to the public May 5th. Dave Allison and Mike talked with Ken and Marianne and are Two local men who are embarking on a bike ride from the state capitol to Quantico!! They will take off today and journey 2,700 miles to reach Virginia by June 10th — all in an effort to raise money and awareness for veterans suffering from PTSD. Dr. Phil joined Ken and Marianne to talk about his upcoming shows including his exclusive interview with Nick Gordon, the former boyfriend of Bobby Kristina, airing today.
