The Sacramento Indie Arcade Gaming Expo has joined forces with the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals at UC Davis and Extra Life to help raise funds for the UC Davis Children's Hospital taking place today 10-5pm at West Sacramento Community Center. Sacramento SPCA Sacramento SPCA Doggy Dash is taking place at William Land Park today from 830-1pm Today Madison Bumgarner takes on Clayton Kershaw when the San Francisco Giants host the Los Angeles Dodgers Timeless Thrills is having an Ultimate Giant Tailgate Party today at 10am and we will check it out. Yesterday we met the Queens, today Heather Brent is meeting the Bull and the Cowboys at the Oakdale Rodeo. Walnut Elementary School in Turlock, California is preparing of the Elementary Science Olympiad and we will get a sneak peek at how it is going. Last weekend Heather raised money for Cancer with Hug a Newsperson today she heads to American Cancer Society Relay For Life at Linden High School. Bonnie from Triad Plus is stopping by for her visit and today She’s making a beach bag with grommets. Rosemont High School Robotic Team has won and now it's time to go to St. Louis April 27-30th so how what can we do to help them? We'll find out. Heather was at Walnut Elementary in Turlock where approximately 450 elementary school children from throughout the region are gearing up for the 19th Annual Elementary Science Olympiad. Heather was at Linden High school’s relay for life speaking with teams and cancer survivors.

Clark who holds a world record. David holds the World Record as the “oldest person to circumnavigate the world solo” in a small sailboat. Cody was with Culinary students from Rocklin High School taking the Ramen Noodles Challenge Ramen Noodles. Cody was with Tom Cridland who runs a clothing company and is working to get a little more green, in an eco-friendly kind of way. Tom Cridland is designer from the UK and recently launched a campaign called the 30-Year-Sweater.

Today on Good Day Cody was with Culinary students from Rocklin High School taking the Ramen Noodles Challenge Ramen Noodles..the staple of every struggling college student stretching their dollars! Well, believe it or not, you can create some amazing dishes ranging from chocolate desserts to even a Ramen and Noodle Mac and Cheese….and even some healthy dishes! “The Ramen Challenge” is an annual tradition at the school. It’s a competition to create a dish out of a package of ramen that includes fruit/vegetables, protein and is visually appealing and flavorful. Staff comes in to judge the finalists and they have gotten amazing things out of this and the students and staff love it! P.S. The Rocklin Unified School District was just named #1 in the Sac Metro!

Today on Good Day Melissa was meeting 1 year old Liam Webb who lives in Woodland with his parents Britney and Will, and every time they get home from work, he loves to get in their car (because he loves cars) and have his mommy and daddy put on some beats so he can break it down!! Of course the car is not on. The video is adorable. This morning Liam joins us in studio with his mom and dad and we’re going to see if we can get him to dance for us!!

Today on Good Day Heather was at Linden High school’s relay for life speaking with teams and cancer survivors. Relay for life started in 1985 when Dr. Gordy Klatt walked and ran for 24 hours around a track in Tacoma, Washington, raising around $27,000 to help raise money for the American Cancer Society. Since then many schools and communities have joined together in the same 24-hour walk raising money for the American Cancer Society.
