Willie J's Burgers is celebrating it's 3rd year. Each year Melissa and Mark have taken part in an eating challenge today it's round 3 and so far it's 1-1. Melissa was learning about being a Doula. Melissa continued with Emilia Beecroft showing how to make Lactation Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Ken/Marianne:
Julie Chen joined to talk about Big Brother Season 17. Marianne and Ken talked with Marie and Alexander joined to talk about Equilibria Aerial Art Show 2015 benefitting WEAVE Inc
Tina:
Tina was at Grant High School as the Drumline heads to Washington DC. Tina announced the June Grub Run Winner. Tina was the Master of Ceremonies at the Brown Bag Throwdown.
Mark:
Mark along with Ken and Marianne talked with JK Simmons about his role in Terminator in theaters NOW! Mark was with Andrew from Drewski's who needs our help finding the person who killed his dog. A Special Adoption event is taking place now - July 5th at Front Street Shelter.

With apologies to the other stories that took place today while all fun and classic Good Day one serious topic was discussed and I want to make sure it gets its proper due. Today on Good Day Mark was with Andrew from Drewski's who has teamed with Front Street Shelter for a special Adoption Now -July 5th. If you're not familiar with the story Drewski's is by far one of the most popular food trucks in the area and a great friend of the show. Over the weekend when Andrew returned home it was discovered his dog Rex was a victim of a violent crime. Rex was in his own home when someone broke in and shot and killed Rex. This senseless act has left Andrew and the community speechless and they need answers. If you have any idea who might have done this please help. Their is a reward of $5000 for the person or persons caught in this attack in addition to the Team Front Street and Drewski's teaming up for a special adoption.
