Eat Junk Food Day isn't what a group of kids in Roseville are doing. Alexis was at Whole Foods in Roseville where kids are learning to eat, make healthy food at an event called Eat A Rainbow Kids Class taking place tonight.

In today's quick thoughts I wanted to go back to Kristin's live shot with Stacy, Talk more about Raley's and a couple of non topics however related to what took place.
Kristin spent 2 segments with Stacy Noble Stacy a Hiram Johnson Grad now teacher in Elk Grove with 2 kids and trying to get to France to compete in the Masters World Championship Games for Track and Field. She is attempting to compete in not just 1 event but 7 and some of them she self taught herself how to do it. During the second live shot the Javelin missed the mark and while you wouldn't get points for that in competition in practice it doesn't matter. I don't know Stacy, I've never met her, I am just rooting for her to get to France to compete and to prove dreams come true. Today our friend, our family member Courtney Dempsey celebrates her Birthday. I wish I could give her every dream she ever had but the only thing I can give her is well wishes and hope all her3 dreams come true.
Why do you watch Good Day? Today Ken made an error but that is not why we watch. It's what took place following his error that made for a classic Good Day Moment. Setting the scene. Mark and Tina recreate a scene of what a complaint to Eleanor may look/sound like. Then Marianne picked up the phone and she and Tina want back and forth with Tina acting as Eleanor the rest was history and should live on forever.

From Hiram Johnson, to UC Berkeley, to CSU Sacramento, Sacramento’s own legendary superstar Stacey is the epitome of the motto “Those who teach, can.” Known as “The Teaching Songbird,” the former Miss Black Sacramento Mrs. Noble is on her way to Lyon, France to compete in the Track and Field Masters World Championships as a member of Team USA August 4th through the 16th. An Elk Grove 6th grade school teacher, it’s no surprise that she will go for the gold in the multi-event heptathlon (seven events), the open 80-meter hurdles, and her specialty, the open long jump.

Kristin spent 2 segments with Stacy Noble Stacy a Hiram Johnson Grad now teacher in Elk Grove with 2 kids and trying to get to France to compete in the Masters World Championship Games for Track and Field. She is attempting to compete in not just 1 event but 7 and some of them she self taught herself how to do it. During the second live shot the Javelin missed the mark and while you wouldn't get points for that in competition in practice it doesn't matter. I don't know Stacy, I've never met her, I am just rooting for her to get to France to compete and to prove dreams come true. From Hiram Johnson, to UC Berkeley, to CSU Sacramento, Sacramento’s own legendary superstar Stacey is the epitome of the motto “Those who teach, can.” Known as “The Teaching Songbird,” the former Miss Black Sacramento Mrs. Noble is on her way to Lyon, France to compete in the Track and Field Masters World Championships as a member of Team USA August 4th through the 16th. An Elk Grove 6th grade school teacher, it’s no surprise that she will go for the gold in the multi-event heptathlon (seven events), the open 80-meter hurdles, and her specialty, the open long jump.
