It's Thursday, Friday Eve. On this Throwback Thursday edition we can look forward to get out of that Summer Workout Slump with Fitness Rangers. Dixon is Grillin and Chillin this Saturday and today we get a preview. Nerds on Call is back telling how we can safely organize our digital photos. Courtney starts work on her She Shed and has ESPY Fashion Forum. Keith Breedlove is in the kitchen with Tina and we meet this weeks SPCA Pet of the Week and so much more in today's edition of Courtney's Fashion, She Shed, Workouts & More Today in the News......

Work it out. Get out of your Mid Summer Slump with Fitness Rangers today like Alexis did including a 90 second Plank. They are also having a Boot Camp for kids.
Kristin:
Kristin was with a Chris Podesto, local man taking part in a crossfit challenge at the World Games.
Tina:
Tina was in Dixon getting a Preview of Grillin and Chillin Car and Truck Show this weekend. Tina was in the Kitchen with Keith Breedlove making Tuscan Carbonara. Keith is also the official chef of the California State Fair.
Courtney:
Specializing in Plus Size and Big/Tall Men local designer Danika showed off her designs to Courtney. Courtney's She Shed is on the way and today Toolbelt Tina and Coverall Court are preparing for it. Courtney had her Post ESPY Award Fashion Forum.
Marianne:
Marianne was with Nerds on Call getting tips on tips on Digital photos and how to stay off your Smartphone.
Mark:
Mark was talking Infotainment including Trainwreck. Mark met the SPCA Pet of the week

If today's show had a theme to it, it would be get in shape. Alexis was at Fitness Rangers for Summer Slump Workouts and Boot Camps for kids. Kristin was with a local man who is going to the World Games for Crossfit and he's 50 and he was cut. Marianne's Daily List told how you can workout at your desk. Workout wasn't the only theme. Tina took care of the food portion of the show with Grillin and Chillin in Dixon this weekend and with Chef Keith Breedlove who was in the kitchen making an amazing dish. The other Them to today's show was Fashion. Courtney introduced us to a local Fashion Designer making clothes for Plus Size and Men's Big/Tall, Fashion Forum Pass or Fail post Espy Awards.
