Morgan stated her day at Baker's Donuts checking out Croissants Donuts on a stick. Morgan then went to El Dorado Hills to check out Big Apple Bagels who are new to the area and originated in Illinois. Morgan was with Sweet Dreams as they reveal the room makeover for a very special young man who we first got the story on back on Black Friday.
Heather:
Getting a workout in first thing in the morning is important so Heather checked out Pure Form Fitness PFT. Heather was in Elk Grove checking out Mrs. Kay's Sweet Treats who just opened a store. Heather was making a Good Day salad and finding out what else Jack's Urban Eats in Elk Grove. Heather was checking out El Maguey Mexican Grill where Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher stopped by a couple of weeks ago.

It was a heavy food day. I got full just from watching. But it was also a fun day. It's always great to see Morgan from Sports 1140 Morning's with Carmichael Dave and Deuce Mason helping out.
Cambi did a GREAT job updating the Lowell Fire Burning with it's new updated numbers.
Cody's Friend Leigh Rubin needs his on segment every month. He is so funny and his cartoons are awesome.
Heather is such a pro from working out to eating out she always delivers.
I really liked Lori's Summer Toy Preview especially the Badminton.
