This message is from the event organizer that needs our help in this time of giving. For those of you who know Amber Coppedge, you know that she is one of the most selfless, generous people on the planet. You know that she will do anything to help anybody at anytime. She volunteers her time to help raise money & awareness for many different causes, serves food to the homeless, donates her time to coach soccer and volunteers for many different committees within the Sacramento Association of Realtors. She is a hardworking, driven mother of two beautiful children ages 14 & 11. She is spunky and sassy and gives 100% in anything and everything that she does.
Well friends, it is now our turn to help Amber.
Some of you may know that Amber has been battling cancer for over 2 years. She was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in 2012 at the young age of 31, and began treatment immediately. At the time, she did not have health insurance and was forced to pay out of pocket for her medical expenses. Amber has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars since being diagnosed, for her cancer related expenses. Recently, she found out she will need immediate surgery to remove masses that the doctors have located. She will soon thereafter begin another round of chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Unfortunately, her health insurance will not cover the majority of these expenses, and she will be faced with astronomical debt.
We are asking for donations for Amber and her family, to help cover medical and living expenses while she is unable to work.

Wooden skewers, cut the tips off
Marshmallows
Chocolate for melting
Sprinkles
Toasted coconut
Nonpareils
Skewer marshmallows, 3 on each skewer
Put in freezer on lined parchment paper cookie sheet for about 15 minutes to firm up .
Spoon melted chocolate onto each marshmallow using back of spoon to spread chocolate evenly around entire marshmallow.
Now working over individual plates of sprinkles, toasted coconut, and nonpareils-
Sprinkle over chocolate covered marshmallows
Let set up and enjoy!
Can be put in the freezer for faster setup.

For those of you who know Amber Coppedge, you know that she is one of the most selfless, generous people on the planet. You know that she will do anything to help anybody at anytime. She volunteers her time to help raise money & awareness for many different causes, serves food to the homeless, donates her time to coach soccer and volunteers for many different committees within the Sacramento Association of Realtors. She is a hardworking, driven mother of two beautiful children ages 14 & 11. She is spunky and sassy and gives 100% in anything and everything that she does.
Well friends, it is now our turn to help Amber.
Some of you may know that Amber has been battling cancer for over 2 years. She was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in 2012 at the young age of 31, and began treatment immediately. At the time, she did not have health insurance and was forced to pay out of pocket for her medical expenses. Amber has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars since being diagnosed, for her cancer related expenses. Recently, she found out she will need immediate surgery to remove masses that the doctors have located. She will soon thereafter begin another round of chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Unfortunately, her health insurance will not cover the majority of these expenses, and she will be faced with astronomical debt.
We are asking for donations for Amber and her family, to help cover medical and living expenses while she is unable to work.

Confetti Kebabs Recipe
Wooden skewers, cut the tips off
Marshmallows
Chocolate for melting
Sprinkles
Toasted coconut
Nonpareils
Skewer marshmallows, 3 on each skewer
Put in freezer on lined parchment paper cookie sheet for about 15 minutes to firm up .
Spoon melted chocolate onto each marshmallow using back of spoon to spread chocolate evenly around entire marshmallow.
Now working over individual plates of sprinkles, toasted coconut, and nonpareils-
Sprinkle over chocolate covered marshmallows
Let set up and enjoy!
Can be put in the freezer for faster setup.

The Vacaville Bengal Pee Wee team made up of 29 hard working 11-12 year olds and a dedicated volunteer coaching staff. For 4 years in a row they've had a undefeated regular season and 3 out of the 4 years they've won the Nor Cal championship 2 years in a row. They've qualified this season to represent Vacaville California in the AYF National championships in Kissimmee Florida. This is a huge accomplishment for Solano County!

The Dickens Street Faire is the traditional start of the Elk Grove Yuletide Season with entertainers and merchants appearing in mid-19th century costumes. Cody: Vacaville Pee Wee Team
The Vacaville Bengal Pee Wee team made up of 29 hard working 11-12 year olds and a dedicated volunteer coaching staff. For 4 years in a row they've had a undefeated regular season and 3 out of the 4 years they've won the Nor Cal championship 2 years in a row. They've qualified this season to represent Vacaville California in the AYF National championships in Kissimmee Florida. This is a huge accomplishment for Solano County! Today Cambi was at Corti Brothers checking out something brand new! Panettone can be found, but not too typically in most food stores. Some people make their own at home but Corti Brothers imports their supply directly from two producer friends of Darrell’s in Northern Italy.
