Favorite Story / Story of the Day: Makeup Tips, Airbags Exploding, Mark coming to your house and more:
Twas the Tuesday before Halloween and as the costumes get ready so to do the makeup artist at Federico's in Sacramento. Cambi was there all morning long checking out their GREAT tips and tricks for your last minute costumes and makeup to make you the talk of all Halloween parties or your kids as they travel the neighborhood hoping for those treats they so love or maybe even for their school parties. Nonetheless if you can't do the makeup yourself Good News is Federico's can do it for $20 Adult $10 kids per hour. Cambi showed some great ideas and one really bad one with a creepy clown that will give me nightmares for days. Whatever happened to Bozo?



If the makeup wasn't scary enough how about Mark showing up at your house in a Hearst for Reverse Trick or Treat. It's simple. You still dress in costume but instead of going somewhere Mark comes to you. If these stories aren't scary enough perhaps the one from the Car Czar will. The MASSIVE Airbag recall is very real and very important to pay attention to. Doug first showed why the recall is taking place and then he should in 2 different segments what an airbag does. One thing I did not know is when they deploy they are smoking hot and if you can exit the vehicle safely you should because chance are the smoke from the bag will fill your car and the bag itself could burn you. One of the Sacramento Zoo’s latest animal additions is definitely getting in the Halloween spirit! Today we got up-close-and-personal with Halloween Moon Crabs, also known as Jack O’ Lantern Crabs, thanks to the spots and coloration on the top of their carapace. They are found along the Pacific coast of Central and South America, and while they do return to the ocean to spawn, they spend the majority of time on land amid mangroves and forests.
