Opening Statement:
Much of the news yesterday was Shaq joining the Kings. Well last night he arrived in Sacramento and not only was it a media blitz but social media circus when word got out he was in town having dinner with other owners including Vivek & current player Demarcus Cousins. This is sure to be the big story of the day but what else is happening Today in the News....

Monday Night Football:
Monday Night Football saw the Oakland Raiders travel to Denver to take on Peyton Manning & the Broncos. This game looked like a
scrimmage for the Broncos as they scored at ease. Peyton threw for 3 more TD's giving him 12 for the year breaking Tom Brady's record of 11 in first 3 games of a season. The Raiders showed flashes of what could be ahead for them but Denver is just far better winning 37-21.

AND NOW..... AT CENTER FOR THE SACRAMENTO KINGS OUT OF LSU 7 feet 1 inch SHAQUILLE O'NEAL. was formally introduced to Sacramento, CA as one of the newest owners of the Sacramento Kings and the media was all over it as I stated above. From the time
of coming into town yesterday it was a media full court press. Yes My58 & Fox covered it like they normally would but it was Good Day Sacramento who pulled out all the stops with Sean Bennett covering the news aspect of the story while Camera Guy Dave and his dog Shadow travelled the streets in search of. In addition Amy Carabba staked out 2 hotels before finding him at Embassy Suites. At the time of her arrival he had already vacated to a new location and it was then his SUV was spotted before departing back to the hotel prior to the 10am presser. Amy, Dave, & Dog Shadow followed in route back when Amy went inside with no cameras to meet the man. While waiting she did land an interview with Mark Mastrov also owner of the team. Then magic happened & Amy got her live one on one camera interview with Shaq who stated she was too heavy to pick up but gladly gave her a hug on FREE Hug Day. Then Sean was able to land an interview with other media members with Shaq & Vivek when they arrived at the Arena for the presser. He did publicly apologize for the Sacramento Queens comment during his playing days and called it a marketing tool. For Kings fans far and wide this town is buzzing with Shaq-Mania and I for one love what he is bringing to the table.
