Today's Recap:
Melissa was at Hand Pickin Emporium in Rocklin with some tips to inspire your Summer Shabby Chic DIY projects. Melissa was with The Roaming Spoon who will be at Gather Oak Park tonight 5-9pm making the Haute Dog. What is the Haute Dog? It's a Hot Dog made from a carrot.

Courtney had today's Hollywood Headlines. Dr Aman Samrao from Kaiser Permanente joined Courtney to share tips on how to keep that youthful glow even during those hot summer months. Courtney had her post CMT Fashion Forum Edition of Pass / Fail.

Morgan was at Awful Annie's who has perfected the classic Bloody Mary cocktail and shared their secret. Morgan was getting a preview of Knee Deep Brewing in Auburn who is turning 6!! To celebrate the occasion, they’re throwing a huge party complete with live music and a battle of the food trucks!! Of course, there’ll be beer. Knee Deep is releasing two brand-new anniversary brews.

Dave Grashof showed the finished products from the 7th and 8th graders at Buljan Middle School from the Woodshop Rocks Guitar class.

Cody and Ken talked with Dan at Bass Pro Shop in Rocklin about their Gone Fishing Event taking place June 11 & 12, 18 & 19. Jamie from Home Depot joined Ken and Cody as Father's Day is approaching because as we know a man’s home is his castle so what better way to treat the dad in your life like a king with the perfect gift for father’s day from Home Depot. Ken was with Former NBA star Rasheed Wallace and illustrator Sadler Ward who introduced early readers to their new children’s book Honeydew and Marylu.

Cody was with Kings Announcer Scott Moak and Council member Jay Schenirer who have teamed up with Juma Ventures as the Sacramento Kings are looking for a few good men and women to fill open positions at the Golden 1 Center! The team is hiring 60 under-resourced young adults for concession and hospitality jobs! But it’s not just a job — the new program includes tutoring, college prep, mentoring and life skills training!! Today we’ll see how one of our own handles the cumbersome concessions carry-alls!! We’ll load the tray up with popcorn and test arm strength, speed and accuracy. Cody was with Sacramento SPCA for this week's Pet of the Week. This week we met 2 months old Cooper and Boomer Black and White Domestic Short Hair Males two brothers who were fostered through our Foster program and are now ready to be adopted. They are fixed, microchipped and vaccinated which means they can go home today. If you are looking to adopt two cats, they are perfect and get along wonderfully. Adoption fee: $85 each. Pair get second 1/2 off.
