Mark “Vanned” Food Drive
Holiday Food Drive at Dickey’s in Elk Grove!!! Call it a “Vanned” Food Drive! Mark along with Good Day teamed up with Dickey’s to try and raise 6,000 pounds of food to match the weight of their catering van!! Making the van disappear All cans will be stacked in front of it and Mark had a dry erase board to update the weight. Dickey’s Elk Grove is located at 5110 Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove ***Everyone who donated at least 5 non-perishable food items received a FREE pulled pork sandwich AT ALL 9 LOCATIONS! Plus Mark gave other fabulous prizes like Hobbit tickets before anyone else. During the course of the 3 hours Mark was there they gained 2005 pounds of food well on their way to 6000 before the end of the day.

Helping Amber:
A local man Brandon Haefele who donated 1000 turkeys to families in need. Now Brandon and his friend have a new challenge. This message is from the event organizer that needs our help in this time of giving. If you can help please do if you can't share this message, Retweet this message or just pass onto a friend that you think could and lets help Amber.
For those of you who know Amber Coppedge, you know that she is one of the most selfless, generous people on the planet. You know that she will do anything to help anybody at anytime. She volunteers her time to help raise money & awareness for many different causes, serves food to the homeless, donates her time to coach soccer and volunteers for many different committees within the Sacramento Association of Realtors. She is a hardworking, driven mother of two beautiful children ages 14 & 11. She is spunky and sassy and gives 100% in anything and everything that she does.
Well friends, it is now our turn to help Amber.
Some of you may know that Amber has been battling cancer for over 2 years. She was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in 2012 at the young age of 31, and began treatment immediately. At the time, she did not have health insurance and was forced to pay out of pocket for her medical expenses. Amber has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars since being diagnosed, for her cancer related expenses. Recently, she found out she will need immediate surgery to remove masses that the doctors have located. She will soon thereafter begin another round of chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Unfortunately, her health insurance will not cover the majority of these expenses, and she will be faced with astronomical debt.
We are asking for donations for Amber and her family, to help cover medical and living expenses while she is unable to work.
Any support you are able to offer for Amber is very much appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

She is a hardworking, driven mother of two beautiful children ages 14 & 11. She is spunky and sassy and gives 100% in anything and everything that she does.
Well friends, it is now our turn to help Amber.
Some of you may know that Amber has been battling cancer for over 2 years. She was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in 2012 at the young age of 31, and began treatment immediately. At the time, she did not have health insurance and was forced to pay out of pocket for her medical expenses. Amber has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars since being diagnosed, for her cancer related expenses. Recently, she found out she will need immediate surgery to remove masses that the doctors have located. She will soon thereafter begin another round of chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Unfortunately, her health insurance will not cover the majority of these expenses, and she will be faced with astronomical debt.
We are asking for donations for Amber and her family, to help cover medical and living expenses while she is unable to work.
