The Day before Mother's Day is here and on this 9th day of May it is jammed packed. With your Saturday favorites Cody, Melissa, Lori, Nha, Cambi and Tina today they are covering Faizon Love who is appearing tonight and tomorrow at Tommy T's. Bonnie from Triad Plus is back for her monthly visit. You know her as Brooke on the hit Soap Bold and Beautiful now today Katherine Kelly Lang is in studio with Cody and Melissa before you can meet her. Before Stage 1 of the Men's Amgen tour gets underway tomorrow Stage 2 of the Women's get underway today continuing in South Lake Tahoe. A local woman tells of a remarkable recovery from Migraines her story and how she got rid of them today. Thursday in Show and Tell Cody talked about the Empathy Cards being made by Emily McDowell today she talks to Cody and Melissa. Plus Melissa has your Coupon Corner and so much more in today's edition of (insert).... Today in the News.....



Tina:
Tina started her day in Roseville with 2 Lincoln High School students who built the Dumb and Dumber Mutt Cutts Car. And yes it's drivable. Tina was at the Placer County Fairgrounds for the 7th Annual Berryfest taking place today in tomorrow. Tina was with the Royal Marching Band as they practiced for upcoming events. Royal Marching Band is made up of 70 students from 3rd - 12th grade



Cambi:
Cambi was in South Lake Tahoe for the second leg of the Women's Amgen Tour  in South Lake Tahoe. 



Nha:
Nha was was at a Bi Annual Plant Sale benefiting Luther Burbank High School and it's Students. Nha was in Roseville with a local woman who uses a K Laser to help with her Migraine Headaches. Nha was checking out a special boot camp taking place in June for Pediatric Cancer from Mama's Boot camp. Nha was in Granite Bay for a large Mother's Day Garden Party as Eskaton Lodge. 



Cody/Melissa:
Cody kicked the day off with Mike on the Mic talking about the upcoming River Cats games including tonight's SOLD OUT Military Night and tomorrow's Mother's Day game with tickets still available. Cody's busy morning continued talking to Author Jim Brickman who is in town for a meet and greet at Barnes and Noble. Jim also an accomplished pianist and played on the Good Day Stage. Cody and Melissa talked with Emily McDowell, Cody first talked about her and Empathy Cards on Thursday in Show and Tell and today she joined to talk about her story. Cody was with Bonnie from Triad Plus Fabrics learning how to make outdoor cushion sleeves for patio furniture. Mother's Day is tomorrow, Today in the Coupon Corner Melissa gave Mother's Day Gift Idea's for you. Cody was with Andy from Hub Bicycle Shop showing some of the bikes being used in Amgen and how they differ from your bike in the garage. Cody and Melissa talked with Bold and Beautiful star Katherine Kelly Lang who is in town for an event with Breakaway from Cancer. In part 2 of Coupon Corner Melissa told how you can get free stuff sent to you. Vacation season is coming but can you afford it? Today Melissa and Cody talked with Johnny Gottstein from Gotts Professional Insurance giving tips to save money to take those vacation trips. Melissa was joined in studio with No Excuse Mom Maria Kang and family for Mother's Day Brunch ideas. They then showed some workout routines that Maria and her husband do together as well as her Podcast. 



Lori:
A local beauty expert joined Lori in studio from Shiseido Secrets to talk about their products, and where available inside Macy's. With Mother's Day tomorrow they are having many specials. Lori then had today's Hot Headlines.
