Today on Good Day Lori was at the Woodland Location of Common Ground Coffee. Sacramento made its way to #1 on the list of Sprudge’s underrated coffee cities in the United States. Doing business in town requires wading through the red tape doled out by California’s capital, and for the coffee scene, that means coffee shop owners are locals comprising a tight-knit community – very few outsiders buy in.

Corkwood Restaurant
Today on Good Day Lori was at The Corkwood Restaurant who have been serving the people of Woodland since 1964. However, after having their restaurant in the Woodhaven Lanes Bowling Alley for the last 50 years, this past summer when the bowling alley came under new ownership, owner Salvatore Muzzi abruptly issued Corwood a 60-day notice to vacate the property.
