The first being The Conjuring scared the box office competition away making $41.5M. The other cool thing was I got to meet Uncle Joey from TV's Full House. Yes I met Dave Coulier. Final thought:
Today was mostly about the Royal baby on the way. Kate went into labor so now we all must wait. While My58 and Fox kept it to their normal format of just news Good Day Sacramento had Mark S. Allen going to 3 different locations getting reaction to the news and making some classic TV moments. In addition to the baby My58 gave school shopping tips with a taped segment and a live report from a local schools safety fair.
Fox of course had a cooking segment with no address but they did make special cupcakes using odd food that just sounds disgusting when you see what's in it.
Good Day Sacramento was as usual a much better show to watch but one that pulled heart strings with Ken's Sensational Seniors segment. Perhaps the funniest and best moments today was Mark going around town as a King speaking in English accent.
The news the rest of the day will be about Kate and the baby so we will continue this story and more tomorrow on Today in the News.
On a personal note I want to send out a very Special Birthday Wish to Fairfield, CA Native Stevie Johnson who now plays for my favorite Sports Team Buffalo Bills.
I also want to include Courtney Dempsey from Good Day Sacramento who had her birthday on Sunday
