Opening Statement:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELEANOR!!!!
Today's Opening is Sports related with so much taking place today and yesterday. I will start with yesterday and work my way to what is taking place tonight.
Yesterday San Francisco Giants Pitcher Tim Lincecum pitched a no hitter against the San Diego Padres. This is the second no hitter from Tim. Last year was is first against... Wait for it... San Diego Padres. The last time a team threw 3 no hitters in 3 straight season was the 1973-1975 Angels.
Today: By the time you read this we will know who won, lost and/or tied the World Cup match between USA and Germany.... Spoiler Alert I will have the final score at the very end of my Final Thoughts but will give warning. I'm predicting a USA win and a crazy 2+ hours in and around bars. Look for Good Day to have wall to wall coverage starting at 430-10am as well.
Today at Sac State, the Track and Field Events kick off so not only do we have this but the soccer as well.
Tonight is the NBA Draft. The Sacramento Kings are slotted to draft at the 8 spot. I will have a recap of who they draft on Friday. I can't talk much about the NBA draft because I don't study it like I do the NFL but I can recap the Kings.
So now that we know of all the events taking place today we have one more event that is not sports related and something more for me. If you loved the show Boy Meets World then you may know Corey and Topanga are back and the Season Premier of Girl Meets World will be on Disney. Yes, I will be watching this and the draft on split screen.

It's World Cup Soccer Crazy today. Today's Show us Yours was World Cup Gear. Tina's question of the day was Have you ever been stung. Mark had News of the Weird talking about a new beast. Julissa was at Firestone Restaurant for the World Cup viewing party. 5am Member was introduced. Marianne's Daily list talked about things you are doing wrong before 10am Cody showed a note from US Soccer that you can give to your boss to get out of work.
6am:
The River Cats will be on National TV tonight so this hour they talked about it with Mark Ling of the River Cats. Julissa was staking out her spot at Firestone Pub for US and Germany match. Mark was giving an Infotainment report that talked about Kristin Bell expecting. Doug The Car Czar talked about Do's and Don'ts for summer travel.
7am:
In this hour Cup Crazy continues with a local soccer team viewing party and Julissa was there. Doug was talking about a new breathalyzer app. Mark talked about Transformers and Aaron joined via Skype to talk about his night. 2 Stars from Reckless joined to talk about their new show on CBS this Sunday. Mark had other infotainment including Britney Spears may have split from boyfriend. Courtney gave a mini fashion show with Retrospect who takes old outfits and makes them new again. Mark is heading out to the Park to hand out FREE pie and promote the new movie Tammy.
8am:
If you thought the first few hours of the World Cup match were crazy you have seen nothing yet. This hour Cody, Lori, Kristin all at 3 different viewing parties. Teen's Tunes was played. Retrospect Vintage Fashion continued to amaze. Mark was handing out Topper Jack Pies. Doug was back previewing the new BMW. Today' #9amtopic was introduced. What gets you fired up? Tina gave a new way to listen to Hall and Oats... Calling a special phone number. Tina also served lunch to Ramos Oil with Sizzler.
9am:
In this Cup Crazy hour Cody was at Firestone, Lori was LowBrau, Kirstin was at de' Veres. Courtney was at Custom Fit as the World Cup viewing parties continued as USA vs Germany kicked off. Mark was handing out free pie. Tina was making Carne Asada with Life Made Blogger. Ken had his run through Kings Draft pick history in his Manly Minute. Tina's final question was how do you like your sport?
Final Thoughts:
Cup Crazy:
The USA and World Cup fans are going crazy today with 2 of the biggest matches taking place. Portugal vs Ghana and USA vs Germany. I can tell you that this town (Sacramento) is all a buzz with watch parties going on all over the place.
PARTY!!!!:
Today's USA soccer match had viewing parties all around the US and at least 5 hear. From the local soccer teams house party that Julissa went to with the kids to Custom Fit in Natomas where you could workout and still watch the game.
But the big 3 parties took place at the home of Sac Republic FC Lowbrau where we saw Lori partying with some of the players before they play later tonight at Bonney Field.
The other big party was where we found Kristin at de Vere's Irish Pub where you can see all the matches including at 9am.
The Big party of the day was Firestone Public House. This Pub was where you could find Julissa before 7am and Cody after 8am. This is also the home of Kings Draft tonight. KHTK was also there with Keith Brooks and Carmichael Dave this morning but you know it's the big party when Julissa and Cody both attended. However we didn't see much of Cody.
Retrospect:
Retrospective Vintage Fashion was in studio talking about how they take old outfits and make them look new again. Based on the models shown I agree. One model was BEAUTIFUL and the outfit made her look even better and then they took an old dress and made it stunning for Courtney for a night on the town.
Doug:
Doug The Car Czar had 3 segments. The first giving Do's and Don't for summer trips including not rotating tires but checking treads. The next segment about a new breathalyzer for your phone and he test drove the new BMW.
World Cup Workout:
Courtney was in Natomas at Custom Fit where they have both games on Big Screen while you workout and that way you have no excuse that you can't watch the games and get a workout in.
Grub Run Winner:
Ramos Oil in West Sacramento were the winners of the June Grub Run provided by Sizzlers. A New sponsor will be announced in July. If you want it to be your business make sure you enter to win.
Good Day Nutshell:

The Sacramento River Cats will be on National TV tonight on the CBS Sports Network. They are hoping for a packed ballpark and a win over the Vegas 51's. Lets show the world who has the BEST Minor League fans in Baseball by selling it out.

This new movie starring Melissa McCarthy looks to be very funny and the company she works for Topper Jack's Pie who was handing out FREE Pies today in Downtown. FYI The company does really exist but the pie did today.

Today's Manly Minute talked about 5 Sacramento Kings who were drafted by the team who have made an impact on the franchise. Including Isiah and Peja as well as DeMarcus Cousins.

Aaron Skyped in to talk about his night seeing Transformers 4 in NY

Carne Asada:
Tina talked with Life Made Full Blogger about how to make 3 different versions of this delicious treat. She even brought her kids to show how easy her recipes are so your kids can make them and have fun doing it too.

It's World Cup Soccer Crazy today. Today's Show us Yours was World Cup Gear. Tina's question of the day was Have you ever been stung. Mark had News of the Weird talking about a new beast. Julissa was at Firestone Restaurant for the World Cup viewing party. 5am Member was introduced. Marianne's Daily list talked about things you are doing wrong before 10am Cody showed a note from US Soccer that you can give to your boss to get out of work.
6am:
The River Cats will be on National TV tonight so this hour they talked about it with Mark Ling of the River Cats. Julissa was staking out her spot at Firestone Pub for US and Germany match. Mark was giving an Infotainment report that talked about Kristin Bell expecting. Doug The Car Czar talked about Do's and Don'ts for summer travel.
7am:
In this hour Cup Crazy continues with a local soccer team viewing party and Julissa was there. Doug was talking about a new breathalyzer app. Mark talked about Transformers and Aaron joined via Skype to talk about his night. 2 Stars from Reckless joined to talk about their new show on CBS this Sunday. Mark had other infotainment including Britney Spears may have split from boyfriend. Courtney gave a mini fashion show with Retrospect who takes old outfits and makes them new again. Mark is heading out to the Park to hand out FREE pie and promote the new movie Tammy.
8am:
If you thought the first few hours of the World Cup match were crazy you have seen nothing yet. This hour Cody, Lori, Kristin all at 3 different viewing parties. Teen's Tunes was played. Retrospect Vintage Fashion continued to amaze. Mark was handing out Topper Jack Pies. Doug was back previewing the new BMW. Today' #9amtopic was introduced. What gets you fired up? Tina gave a new way to listen to Hall and Oats... Calling a special phone number. Tina also served lunch to Ramos Oil with Sizzler.
9am:
In this Cup Crazy hour Cody was at Firestone, Lori was LowBrau, Kirstin was at de' Veres. Courtney was at Custom Fit as the World Cup viewing parties continued as USA vs Germany kicked off. Mark was handing out free pie. Tina was making Carne Asada with Life Made Blogger. Ken had his run through Kings Draft pick history in his Manly Minute. Tina's final question was how do you like your sport?

Cup Crazy:
The USA and World Cup fans are going crazy today with 2 of the biggest matches taking place. Portugal vs Ghana and USA vs Germany. I can tell you that this town (Sacramento) is all a buzz with watch parties going on all over the place.
PARTY!!!!:
Today's USA soccer match had viewing parties all around the US and at least 5 hear. From the local soccer teams house party that Julissa went to with the kids to Custom Fit in Natomas where you could workout and still watch the game.
But the big 3 parties took place at the home of Sac Republic FC Lowbrau where we saw Lori partying with some of the players before they play later tonight at Bonney Field.
The other big party was where we found Kristin at de Vere's Irish Pub where you can see all the matches including at 9am.
The Big party of the day was Firestone Public House. This Pub was where you could find Julissa before 7am and Cody after 8am. This is also the home of Kings Draft tonight. KHTK was also there with Keith Brooks and Carmichael Dave this morning but you know it's the big party when Julissa and Cody both attended. However we didn't see much of Cody.
Retrospect:
Retrospective Vintage Fashion was in studio talking about how they take old outfits and make them look new again. Based on the models shown I agree. One model was BEAUTIFUL and the outfit made her look even better and then they took an old dress and made it stunning for Courtney for a night on the town.
Doug:
Doug The Car Czar had 3 segments. The first giving Do's and Don't for summer trips including not rotating tires but checking treads. The next segment about a new breathalyzer for your phone and he test drove the new BMW.
World Cup Workout:
Courtney was in Natomas at Custom Fit where they have both games on Big Screen while you workout and that way you have no excuse that you can't watch the games and get a workout in.
Grub Run Winner:
Ramos Oil in West Sacramento were the winners of the June Grub Run provided by Sizzlers. A New sponsor will be announced in July. If you want it to be your business make sure you enter to win.
Good Day Nutshell:

The Sacramento River Cats will be on National TV tonight on the CBS Sports Network. They are hoping for a packed ballpark and a win over the Vegas 51's. Lets show the world who has the BEST Minor League fans in Baseball by selling it out.
Tammy:
This new movie starring Melissa McCarthy looks to be very funny and the company she works for Topper Jack's Pie who was handing out FREE Pies today in Downtown. FYI The company does really exist but the pie did today.
Manly Minute:
Today's Manly Minute talked about 5 Sacramento Kings who were drafted by the team who have made an impact on the franchise. Including Isiah and Peja as well as DeMarcus Cousins.
Transformers:
Aaron Skyped in to talk about his night seeing Transformers 4 in NY
Reckless:
Cam and Anna joined to talk about this new CBS Show airing on Sunday.
Carne Asada:
Tina talked with Life Made Full Blogger about how to make 3 different versions of this delicious treat. She even brought her kids to show how easy her recipes are so your kids can make them and have fun doing it too.
