Cambi was checking out the 14U Fastpitch Softball where this weekend the ASA/USA 14U Fastpitch Competition continues in Roseville and Lincoln. For the third consecutive year the Greater Sacramento Softball Association and Placer Valley Tourism are hosting this event at Maidu Park. Cambi was in Lincoln at Firestar Yoga where one yoga instructor Renee Airola brings free yoga to people in hopes of spreading peace! FireStar Renee provides free yoga in the park every Saturday at McBean Memorial Park until the end of October. Cambi met 88-year old Dr. Albert Kahane, one of the first physicians at Kaiser Morse Avenue, and his wife Millie, a nurse educator, who opened up Bach to Rock in Rocklin! Bach to Rock is a music school for all ages

Nha was at Master Tech Smog & Repair who is giving back with every Smog Check with a Smoggin’ For a Cure fundraiser! For every smog purchased today they’ll be donating the money to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help two little girls Taryn, Taya, and the 70,000 other young people desperately fighting for a CF cure. Nha was learning how to play cornhole with The California Cornhole Association and OV Cornhole organization who is a hosting a quality tournament with big payouts.
Dave was at The 9h Annual Fab 40’s 5k Run/Walk benefiting the Alzheimer’s Associatio Dave was shaken his groove thang at the 5th annual National Dance day event with MUVZ Fitness in Sacramento that promotes dance education and physical fitness on the West Steps of the Capitol. Dave was checking out the 4th Annual Midnight Mass Car Show at the Yolo County Fairgrounds and it’s LUCKY 13th year in existence, the Sacramento Poor Boys Car Club hosts their one night only event, Midnight Mass.

Today on Good Day Nha was with the Elk Grove Optimist for the 23rd Annual Child Shopping Spree for students in Elk Grove Unified School District. at Kohl's The 23rd Annual event serves 100 disadvantaged students with much needed back-to-school clothes and shoes. A donation of $150 will sponsor one student for a shopping spree at Kohl’s in Elk Grove. All children are served by the Elk Grove Unified School District area accompanied by a volunteer, a childhood tradition their families would otherwise not be able to afford.

Dave: Midnight Mass Car Show
Today on Good Day Dave was checking out the 4th Annual Midnight Mass Car Show at the Yolo County Fairgrounds and it’s LUCKY 13th year in existence, the Sacramento Poor Boys Car Club hosts their one night only event, Midnight Mass. A Traditional Rod and Kustom event. With over 10,000 people expected and 800 cars this year. The Sacramento Poor Boys CC is a non profit and all money raised goes directly to children’s charities in the area.

Bach to Rock is a music school for all ages! The couple live at Eskaton Village Carmichael, a continuing care retirement community, where all of their needs are met from dining to socializing, exercising to entertainment and transportation!
