Final Thoughts:
Today marks the 50th  year of The Great Dr. Kings I Have A Dream Speech. Back then not many people could ever dream that this day could or would be possible. Dr. King opened up  doors, broke down barriers & allows us all to dream. Much like the local teens long boarding in Folsom or the teens learning to play guitar in school or people like Randal teaching kids at a great price to learn to play guitar. It's  important that our young people learn the art and history of music & the message behind Dr. King  and his I have a dream. It's important to continue  music in schools much like Jessica Anne Baron, Executive Director of  Guitars in  the Classroom 4434 30th St., San Diego, CA 92116  6195782326  office  8583535466 cell  www.guitarsintheclassroom.org  www.facebook.com/guitarsintheclassroom

You can help To contribute to  the work of Guitars in the Classroom by going online at  https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/lift-hearts-and-spark-young-minds-through-music/
The  GITC's MISSION says it best:
Guitars in the Classroom makes hands-on music  an integral part of learning every subject for students in their regular  classrooms. Our free, regionally based programs train, equip and empower  educators to sing, play guitar, teach and lead songs as well as compose lyrics
for learning with their students. Infusing academics with music helps every kind  of learner become more actively engaged, creative and successful in school,  builds classroom community and provides musical access for every child.
So as  we remember Dr. King on this special day let us all go forward and  dream.....
