Today on Good Day Morgan met one group of cheerleaders from the Antelope Jr. Titans who just won the title of 2015 Jamz National Champions! During the off season cheer competition the Antelope Jr. Titans Cheer team had 3 first place wins out of 4 competitions. They won grand champions at the Memorial auditorium and in Las Vegas on Sunday the 25th and they won National champions!!

Today on Good Day Cambi was with the River City Royals, one of Sacramento’s premier Minor League Football is playing and hosting a charity doubleheader football game! All proceeds will go to benefit two local football players who have suffered great tragedy.

Polar Plunge
Today on Good Day Morgan was with a group of people taking a plunge in freezing waters for Nick Rouse! Who is Nick you ask? At 17 Nick was on a rope swing when he dove into the water he landed head first on river bed breaking his neck in 2 places, causing his C-1 vertebrae to crack and C-5 vertebrae to shatter. Nick is now a C-5 quadriplegic which means he is paralyzed from mid-chest down, has some arm and wrist movement but no hands or finger movement. Today with the help of Help HOPE Live, a non-profit organization, people can dive into the pool to raise money for all people in Nick’s position.
