I'm Not Afraid of No Ghost Yes I Am... Today in the News 10/27/2014:



Favorite Story / Story of the Day: Ghost Stories and Humanity:
Today's Good Day Sacramento had a couple of Ghost stories, a drought corn maze and a Habitat for Humanity Home.



Leading off today Melissa was in Rocklin for some Ghostly Activity and brought in Chill Seekers for their expertise and what they found was amazing and well "Chilling" Part 1 was one thing  but part 2 when "Elizabeth" held hands and gave hugs that was something else. 



Mark was in an undisclosed location checking out a family who builds all their own Halloween decorations and will sure scare the kids when they come to Trick or Treat on Friday. 



If those 2 stories don't scare you then maybe the Drought Corn Maze at Fantozzi Corn Maze in Patterson will where Cambi was today. 



But Wait I have more Scare for you. Barry Manilow is back and no he's not seeing dead people but he is singing with them on this new CD. 



Of course not all stories can scare you and Kristin took care of that when she joined up with Habitat for Humanity and volunteers from Thunder Valley as they build a new home for a family who lives in a 1 room apartment. This story will have tears roll down your face and if you want to volunteer in your area there's a link to show you how.

Shocker at the Box Office this week. a board game won the box office. This week the Suspense film Ouija got a jump on the Halloween competition a week early and jumped ahead of John Wick and the return of Keanu Reeves to the Box Office. In fact it's kinda like the blow Mark took to the head when Rachel said playing the game is harmful and people get hurt. She's right Ouija hurt the rest of the box office for sure. 



This week the box office numbers are in first place Ouija with $20,006,000. Coming in at #2 John Wick with $14,150,000 Fury fell 2 spots to #3 with $13,000,000 Falling to #4 was Gone Girl with $11,100,000 and rounding out the top 5 was The Book of Life $98,000,000. Coming in at 6 this week was St. Vincent with  $8,058.000 (as a reminder all totals are estimates and actuals will  be released Monday.)
