Wendy was with Mary E Chavez who retired and now makes handmade dolls. Wendy was rolling with the Wandering Barista Danielle Sanders who was in real estate for 20 years. Wendy was checking out Yumm Clothing which was started in October, 2013 in Oakdale by CEO Robert Barnhart. He had a vision of designing fashionable streetwear and promoting a positive lifestyle.
Krystle caught up with former Pleasant Grove HS star and current 49er Arik Armstead to talk about the coming season. Krystle was at Artisan Gallery getting a preview of Saturday's “Colorful” which is a feel-good art exhibit by local artist, Ebony London. Krystle was with Girls Rock Sacramento which is a nonprofit organization that helps girls and those who identify as girls build self-esteem through music education, collaboration, empowerment, a supportive community of peers and mentors, and the development of leadership skills.
Courtney and Marianne talked with David Alan Grier about his new show Snap Decision on Game Show Network Tuesday 9pm. Courtney was with Quar Brown a freelance photographer and music video director who has published a book called “Skin Storiez” that features his interviews with entertainers and celebrities about their tattoos along with a photo shoot of them. Courtney was getting a preview of the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop vintage event sale before they opened at 10 a.m..
Julissa was with Martha a local Sac Republic FC fan who just won free Papa Murphy’s for a year.
