Hello everyone: We reached the final day in June and soon will be July 4th and we will sure see a lot of fireworks some legal some not some will be via a show but there are things we need to remember: 1. Drink water to stay hydrated in these hot temps. 2. When around fireworks don't fool around with them. 3. Watch Good Day Sacramento Weekend Edition from 7-1130 today because it is sure to be a great show with Amy, Cody, Mel, Alan, Nina and special appearances by Eleanor & Tina for their weekly Sunday staples.

Final Thoughts:
Today's Good Day Sacramento was one that reminds me of old. The show had so much info in 4 hours and for the most part it appeared to go out to the viewers without any issue. A couple of complaints I saw after the show dealt with viewers thinking they spent to long on a segment but that segment always airs twice on Sunday. Some had trouble finding the link to watch the show live on the web but I did assist them. Of course others who don't understand the show want more hard news but that is not what Good Day Sacramento is about. Yes they have news blocks at the top/bottom of each hour but not for the entire 4 hours.
Many of the segments today were very fun and informative but the one that had it all with tears was Mel's father/daughter racing in the Sac International Triathlon.
