Nha started her day out in Woodland checking out the Sacramento Valley Scottish Games and Festival. This 139 year old tradition takes place all weekend long full of dancing, food, history and of course athletic competitions such. Nha then headed to the West Steps of the Capital to learn more about the March of Babies event taking place today. Nha was with Jessica from Get Fit Sacramento who will help you do just that. Jessica is amazing. Nha was at Pet-a-palooza at Rusch Park where she talked with Mark S. Allen about the event for your 4 legged friends.
Tina started her day at Lake Washington as the Lake Washington Sailboat Club offered rides for their annual Open House. After Tina got off the boat she headed to The Vintage Monkey to talk to Shasta Smith who designs Custom Motorcycles and is donating one of hers to an auction to benefit Skies The Limit Fund. Then in the 9am hour Shasta showed Tina some tips on Interior Design which is another thing Shasta does. Tina was River District as they Pink the Boulevard for Breast Cancer
Yesterday we met the 2 dads running 24 hours of a cause and today Cambi was with them at the finish line. One thing from yesterday Melissa's live shot was hijacked not by one station but 2. Today no one interrupted the live shot. Cambi then headed to Walgreens in Granite Bay where Two Men and a Truck Sacramento is holding a WEAVE Event collecting donations of regular items to make Mother's Day Special for some lucky ladies. This is a great way for kids to make a gift basket for mom on Mother's Day. With Jurassic Park coming out soon today Cambi was at Discover Dinosaurs at Cal Expo taking place all weekend long. A great place for adults and kids to learn all about them.
Michael Marks was in showing Summer Sweet Corn and giving Corn Cooking tips
Cody was joined by Mike Osborne from the Sacramento River Cats talking about Zoo Night taking place tonight at the River Cats game. If you're looking to ignite your senses then Amador Four Fires Fest is the place to be next Saturday. This event has top local chefs cooking with an open flame and today Cody got a preview though Melissa was getting a whiff as well. Cody and Melissa talked with Bryan Callen Comedian who will be performing at Punchline. Cody was with ColFax High Students and Place County Sheriff Deputy Kevin Thompson talking about a shooting challenge taking place tomorrow.

Nha: March for Babies 2015
Today on Good Day Nha was at the West Steps of the Capitol for March for Babies. The money raised at today’s event supports programs in our community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. Last year premature births were the leading cause of death among children up to age 5. This has renewed the mission of the March of Dimes in funding research to find answers to the problems that threaten the health of babies and pregnant mothers.

Today on Good Day Nha was at the West Steps of the Capitol for March for Babies. The money raised at today’s event supports programs in our community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. Last year premature births were the leading cause of death among children up to age 5. This has renewed the mission of the March of Dimes in funding research to find answers to the problems that threaten the health of babies and pregnant mothers.
