12th Annual Run Rocklin
Today on Good Day Cambi was at the 12th Annual Run Rocklin for Matt Redding Scholarship Foundation. It’s a fun run that has become popular for families in Rocklin, but also has very special meaning to it. Matt Redding was a well-known Rocklin Police Officer but was tragically killed by a DUI driver in 2005.

Nha: Festival For Kids
Today on Good Day Nha was at the Sacramento Festival For Kids taking place at Cal Expo! This event is an affordable festival for the entire family! Free kids fingerprinting kids, The Science Wizard doing live hilarious science demonstrations and over 40 animals at Brad’s World of Reptiles will be on hand!

Today's Show was full of activities taking place today or this week. Let's start the day off with Heather and her day. 



Heather started her day checking out a Rubber Stamp Show. She then headed to a Candy shop where they are donating candy sales to MS and also told the story of a young girl walking in the MS Walk who you can help sponsor. After leaving the Candy store she was checking out Prom Fashion at Mrs. D's Fashion in Elk Grove but hurry they will be moving soon. Then she was checking out decor at Embellish also in Elk Grove



Cambi started her day at a run to remember Matt Redding then she joined a Motorcycle Club at Denio's Auction. Then she headed to Natomas High School where the Marines of Sacramento are teaching kids Football and reminding them the Marine's can always use a Few Good Men. 



Nha started her day also at a run in Downtown Sac and talked to a cute little boy name Timmy who is a cancer survivor then she headed to Sac State for Sunday Funday a place where you can learn all things like spinning Clay. She then headed to Cal Expo where kids can learn all about Safari animals at Sacramento Festival for Kids. Nha then wrapped up her day with a new Dog Park in Sacramento on Front Street. 



Melissa was getting a workout in with Flex It Pink as they told about a Virtual 5K Run plus they will get you ready for Bikini Weather. 



The Plant Lady is always fun when she comes into the studio talking plants and answering questions. 



Strange Talent, Music and Comedy took the Good Day Studio over first with viewer Cameron who showed his odd Shoulder Talent, Joe Tolo from Sacramento and formally on the Voice sang 2 songs  and Sacramento Native Actor/Comedian  Mike E Winfield was in talking about a Roast at Punchline Comedy Club this Wednesday.



Cody tasted Salsa from Costa Vida and Tina was Dishin With Newcastle Pizzeria.
