National Walking Day
Today on Good Day Nha was walking with a group at Western Health Advantage where they encourage employees to walk
American Heart Association asks Sacramento to Take a Walk- Local companies including Western Health Advantage and VSP Global encourage employees to get active. Western Health Advantage will actually be doing some fun stuff at their campus all day with folks sporting sun glasses and execs wearing shiny blue capes!

As we continue through April Fools Day Good Day played one of the funniest pranks on everyone at the top of the 9am hour. Opening the hour with Jason and Jet sitting at the desk with all the camera people doing the Rock n Roll opening then placing the On Air talent in the booth was so funny and funny enough I had to put it at the top of the favorites today.

Cambi kept the April Fools jokes coming with gag gifts at Evangelines one of the BEST stores in Old Sacramento that has everything from gag gifts, wigs costumes, Dr. Who and so much more.

Idiot Test is coming back to The Game Network and today the Good Day Crew took the Idiot Test Challenge

Cody out with a bad tooth Ian Schwartz from CBS13 came in and filled in nicely but couldn't leave until he had some Good Day fun with Tina dancing.

With the Drought an increase of flat bike tires are taking place. Kristin told us how we can fix and try to avoid the cause.

Cambi was with Cody on the Radio previewing tonight's NOW That's A Dress event with some of the Girls from Girls on the Grid

Today is also National Walking Day and today Nha was with a group from Western Health as they along with American Heart Association encourage employees to walk. Not only did she walk with them but then did the Good Day walk.

The drought is allowing the goathead horn weeds (found in sidewalk cracks) to dry up and becoming pointy and sharp – and punctures the bike tires… In addition, budget cuts have reduced the street sweeping and therefore allows for more debris on the roads.
