Cody returns in style today walking up 34 flights of stairs which is equal to 618 steps as part of the Fight For Air Climb to benefit American Lung Association. Once he made it to the top he not only ate grapes but provided amazing pictures of the Sacramento area.



Kristin continued having fun in the snow today with camera guy Scott where they caught snowflakes. 



Tina was with a Balloon expert where Sandi showed off her book as well as made some fun hats for Tina and Courtney to wear. But before the balloon part she and Dave stopped off for some Sunflower seeds. 



Speaking of Courtney she found herself at Eco Thrift Shop where she was with one of her favorite thrift shoppers challenging her to put together a Spring/Summer look.



Cambi started her day at Southwest where they now have nonstop flights out of Sacramento to Love Field in Dallas. This is the first for this area and they kicked it off with mini Cowboy hats. Then Cambi took Good Day to your Game on a whole new level. You can see her weekends covering the Little Leaguers but today she moved all the way to AAA to check out what the Sacramento River Cats have to offer this year as their first season as the SF Giants affiliate kicks off tomorrow night. 



Amy from Raleys was in showing perfect food items for your Perfect Picnic. 



UC Davis has some amazing talent and this weekend Hellacappella is taking place so today The Spokes performed 3 songs.
