With it St. Patrick's Day the show today was very St. Patrick Heavy. Several of the cast wore green and others didn't. Though I am not part of the staff I too did not wear green because I own 0.
It was nice to see Clover again after hearing last week he had some work done but much more on that and more in Today in the News Recap....

Happy St. Patrick's Day from Good Day Sacramento. Ken kicked off the Show and Tell with pictures from his day trip to San Francisco on Friday. In the second edition of Show and Tell Marianne showed old footage from the White House fountain that was green, no word if it is this year. Gabe from Travelzoo appeared LIVE from Dublin as the St. Patrick's Day celebrations kick off. Courtney had Question of the day as well as the 5am Club Member. Marianne had fun St. Patrick's Day facts that included the original color was not green but blue. So I get to wear blue today.
6am:
In this hour Clover S. Allen appeared in Stockton. Melissa was getting her mommy workout on with benefits going to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Marianne had her Daily Joe that showed a new lets hope quickly dead craze called Whaling. Carmichael Dave and Keith Brooks were to appear but the LA Earthquake pushed them back to the 7am hour.
7am:
In this hour Ken and Courtney try the new Jamba Juice Smoothies made with Kale and more. Courtney and Ken also talked to Phoebe aka The Dress Fiend about an upcoming event at the Crocker Art Museum that features art and fashion together. Ken talked to Carmichael Dave and Keith Brooks from KHTK 1140 about March Madness. Ken showed what is a children's book from a Pixar artist that is taking "R" Rated Movie scenes and putting them into a cartoon type setting with a fun caption. This is quite disturbing and not suitable for ALL Kids. Marianne talked with Patty from Raley's about all foods Guinness including Cupcakes and Brownies.
8am:
In this hour Clover want to hang out with a local teen in Stockton who was home alone. Melissa was hanging out with Orangevale student who collected over 4000 socks with a large donation from Bombas Socks and today is handing them out. Court's tunes was played with the theme of Green. The Berkley Bar made up some Irish Coffee from the recipe from 1962. Cambi was at Vallejo's for their Corned Beef Quesadilla. You may remember a couple of weeks ago Vallejo's was featured in Dishin With Tina - Cambi's choice so she was right at home. The #9amtopic was introduced today I am lucky when it comes to.....
9am:
In this hour Laura and Julissa guided us through the hour and today's topic. Clover continued hanging out with Tristin in Stockton a young lad chillin at home for Spring Break. Melissa was following Matthew as he delivered socks he collected and also received a large donation from Bombas Socks to help his cause. Cambi was at de Veres for the Firefighter Pub Crawl with the Pipes and Drum Corps. Cambi also tried to hook up one patron with a coworker but the 2 she was talking already were a couple. Clover moved on from Tristan and to a new location in Stockton at Starbucks where one person does the Irish Jig and she wasn't even wearing green. Courtney and Clover do a jig off. Ken's Manly Minute was how to be a stud on St. Patrick's Day. The final question of the day was "What's your favorite green?"
Final Thoughts:
Today was a Good Day exclusive because of my schedule. My58 and Fox40 will return to the rotation Tuesday.
On the show today the 6am hour was shook up with the LA Quake but in true Good Day style they recovered after 7am. Clover once again was on point with his quirkiness and made for a lot of funny moments.
I was very surprised to not see the staff all in green especially Marianne. I was also surprised to not see Amy today.
Cambi is hysterically funny when she tries to hook people up on dates. I love Cambi and all her great reporting.
The 9amtopic was very good. They had a lot of good responses and some funny ones too.
Today's Manly Minute was not one of my favorites. Nothing personal just not a favorite.
I loved Melissa hanging out with Matthew who was giving back through collecting and Bombas socks donating socks for his cause.
As of late I am not sure why the final hour of the shows video's are not being posted but I want to apologize to my readers/followers for not providing the portion of the story that helps it along.
All and All it was a Good Day Sacramento and a lot of fun. Have a GREAT / Safe rest of your day and I will see you tomorrow.

Ken talked to Carmichael Dave and Keith Brooks from KHTK 1140 about March Madness. Ken showed what is a children's book from a Pixar artist that is taking "R" Rated Movie scenes and putting them into a cartoon type setting with a fun caption. This is quite disturbing and not suitable for ALL Kids. Marianne talked with Patty from Raley's about all foods Guinness including Cupcakes and Brownies.

In this hour Clover want to hang out with a local teen in Stockton who was home alone. Melissa was hanging out with Orangevale student who collected over 4000 socks with a large donation from Bombas Socks and today is handing them out. Court's tunes was played with the theme of Green. The Berkley Bar made up some Irish Coffee from the recipe from 1962. Cambi was at Vallejo's for their Corned Beef Quesadilla. You may remember a couple of weeks ago Vallejo's was featured in Dishin With Tina - Cambi's choice so she was right at home. The #9amtopic was introduced today I am lucky when it comes to.....

In this hour Laura and Julissa guided us through the hour and today's topic. Clover continued hanging out with Tristin in Stockton a young lad chillin at home for Spring Break. Melissa was following Matthew as he delivered socks he collected and also received a large donation from Bombas Socks to help his cause. Cambi was at de Veres for the Firefighter Pub Crawl with the Pipes and Drum Corps. Cambi also tried to hook up one patron with a coworker but the 2 she was talking already were a couple. Clover moved on from Tristan and to a new location in Stockton at Starbucks where one person does the Irish Jig and she wasn't even wearing green. Courtney and Clover do a jig off. Ken's Manly Minute was how to be a stud on St. Patrick's Day. The final question of the day was "What's your favorite green?"
Final Thoughts:
Today was a Good Day exclusive because of my schedule. My58 and Fox40 will return to the rotation Tuesday.
On the show today the 6am hour was shook up with the LA Quake but in true Good Day style they recovered after 7am. Clover once again was on point with his quirkiness and made for a lot of funny moments.
I was very surprised to not see the staff all in green especially Marianne. I was also surprised to not see Amy today.
Cambi is hysterically funny when she tries to hook people up on dates. I love Cambi and all her great reporting.
The 9amtopic was very good. They had a lot of good responses and some funny ones too.
Today's Manly Minute was not one of my favorites. Nothing personal just not a favorite.
I loved Melissa hanging out with Matthew who was giving back through collecting and Bombas socks donating socks for his cause.
As of late I am not sure why the final hour of the shows video's are not being posted but I want to apologize to my readers/followers for not providing the portion of the story that helps it along.
