BREAKING NEWS: Joan Rivers has died at age 81.

Original Opening Statement:
Without naming names it appears a friend of mine was attacked by a Cyber Bully recently. When are people going to learn? When are they going to get that they are small worthless little people that need to get a life? 



I know people in the public eye are subject to a lot and if someone doesn't like something they say the bully feels the need to attack them with mean hurtful comments without realizing those comments can and do hurt. It's one thing to attack the person but when you involve family that is above and beyond too far. It's too far to call someone names to begin with but if you involve kids and family then that makes you lower than low. 



Something I learned when I was attacked my friends and supporters will always out weigh those who hate me. So if you ever a subject of Cyber Bullying remember that your friends, family and supporters will always be there to protect you and form a wall around you no matter how much it hurts you always have people in your life who love you and are better than the one who has nothing but hate in their world.

Lori: The Bloom Project
Flowers always make a person feel better! Today Lori was live with the Bloom Project, a nonprofit that gets donated flowers from local florists’ shops and makes flower arrangements. The company then delivers them to the elderly and the sick at local retirement homes and hospitals.

Today Mark was at Mather Airport getting a preview of the Capital Airshow taking place this weekend. Mark flew in one of the planes you can see there as well. The North American Aviation T-6 Texan was a single-engined advanced trainer aircraft used to train pilots of the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF), United States Navy, Royal Air Force and other air forces of the British Commonwealth duringWorld War II and into the 1970s. Designed by North American Aviation, the T-6 is known by a variety of designations depending on the model and operating air force. The United States Army Air Corps (USAAC) and USAAF designated it as theAT-6, the United States Navy the SNJ, and British Commonwealth air forces, the Harvard, the name it is best known by outside of the US. After 1962, US forces designated it the T-6. It remains a popular warbird aircraft used for airshowdemonstrations and static displays. It has also been used many times to simulate the Japanese Mitsubishi Zero in movies depicting World War II in the Pacific.

Before taking on Jason in the 3rd challenge Melissa went to H.I.T.T.Fitness a new gym in Sacramento to learn how they train and what they have to offer. 



Remembering Elvis:
The former Fiancee of Elvis Presley Ginger Alden joined the show to talk about her new book and her life and times with Elvis. She was one of the last people to see Elvis alive.



Car Czar:
Doug the Car Czar was talking new car technology, What repair shops are skimping on their customers when it comes to Oil and Lube jobs. and he answered viewer car questions. 



Bloom Project:
A local group in Granite Bay, Bloom Project sends flowers all over to help brighten the day of those who may suffer from cancer and other illness. This group relies on donations of flowers, and vases to make the project work. They are working out of the organizers garage and are looking for a bigger space if it can be donated. 



Mel Vs Maloney Round 3:
Mel Vs Maloney in Fencing. They learned the art, they trained and Melissa lost again in a scoring of 3-2. Jason is now 3-0 in challenges. Will Melissa ever win?



Suits and Slippers:
Today Courtney was the Emcee for Suits and Slippers to benefit the Roberts Family Development Center. Today she covered a Cereal eating challenge.
