Straight Outta Compton Dominates Again / @Markatthemovies Episode 308 Highlights

Box Office Report:
As we edge closer to the end of August on this 4th weekend Straight Outta Compton is holding on to the #1 spot once again with an estimated $26,760,000. Holdover Mission: Impossible will take the 2nd spot with $11,700,000. Taking the 3rd spot in Sinister with $10,633,000 Followed by Hitman: Agent 47 with $8,200,000 and last week's holdover The Man from U.N.C.L.E. rounding out the top 5 with an estimated $7,420,000. Meaning Kristen Stewart's American Ultra will finish in the 6th spot with $5,500,000.

2. Mission Impossible $11,700,000
3. Sinister 2 $10,633,000
4. Hitman Agent 47 $8,200,000
5. The Man From UNCLE $7,420,000

Mark loves Seth MAcFarlane
Ali was not a fan of this movie, Kelly said it wasn't as good as Ted 1

Final Thoughts:
In a change up this week Mark and the Mark at the Movies crew talked about their favorite Comedies for the year to date thus far.
Truth is this week was pretty weak for movies so the decision to do this now I totally get. Especially with the 2nd Movie talked about this week finished 6th at the Box Office (American Ultra)
It started months ago maybe even a year ago or so but this show has grown and gotten so much better in discussion and that held true to today as well. Everyone had a comment about the movies discussed and this was week 2 of Ali. Ali you won. You are now pretty awesome. Kelly, Dionna, you know how I feel about both of you and Brian does a solid job at interviews as he showed for American Ultra.
It was fun see Short-E sitting at the table this week as well.
Next Week Owen Wilson leads the way in No Escape. Until Then I will see you at the movies
