Courtney was with Jennifer Nash Forrester learning how you can create your own gym at home for those who Don’t have time to get to the gym.

Ed Skrein joined to talk about The Transporter Refueled. Ed takes on the role of a younger Ed Martin in this new edition of the Transporter Franchise. Transporter Refueled is in theater this Friday

Quick Thought:
As we leave August behind it was a fun month. I got to visit the weekend show to kick off the month and that same day Cambi ran into Ashley Williams at a live shot. Just 14 days later Good Day Sacramento celebrated their 20th year on air with a big week long party that led up to the big anniversary show at the Railroad Museum with many past Good Day family members.
On today's show we ended the month celebrating Bacon Day, Mark with celebrities at a Golf Tournament including Cedric the Entertainer, Matthew Settle and more.
Courtney had her post VMA Fashion Forum. As well as got workout tips you can do anywhere anytime.
Melissa brought back her Coupon Corner talking ways to save at Old Navy and introduced us to a young local singer Jacy Leeanne.

Get a workout in while you take your kids to the park!
Prop: Park Bench
Directions: set a timer for 45 seconds of work time 15 seconds rest.
Exercise Demonstrations:
1. Incline Pushups on bench
2. Step up on bench
3. Bench squats bench to gauge depth
4. Feet on the bench decline spider plank
Water bottle workout: At home you can work whenever you want!
Props: 16 oz. bottle of water=1lb & Gallon of water= 8lbs
Directions: set a timer for 45 seconds of work time 15 seconds rest.

1. Forward lunge + lateral raise
2. Reverse lunge + step up to balance and press
3. Squat + Press
