In The Kitchen:
One thing we love about Good Day is all the diversity they have in shows and that includes cooking and today on Good Day we had our fill of food. Leading off Cambi was at Pizza Rock in Sacramento learning about kid cooking classes that take place every Saturday. Pizza Rock in Sacramento allows kids to create their own pizza using healthy toppings that’s a fun and interactive activity for any family. Pizza Rock is located at 1020 K Street Sacramento, CA 9167375777 Saturdays: 10:30am-1pm. Cambi even tried her hand at making a pizza. That was not the only cooking segment in fact we had 2 more. Carnival: 
Today Morgan got to go into a Jump House Get her face painted and have as much fun as possible at the Mega Family Carnival. For the record she did not get her face painted or jump in the jump house but she could've. The event was to raise money for 2 local schools in the area 



Crafty: 
The Holiday's are upon us and so are the holiday crafts. So today on Good Day our Favorite Bonnie from Triad was in showing DIY Decorations for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Triad Plus is located 8801 Washington Blvd. Roseville, CA 9167884350. In addition to Bonnie Tina was in Lincoln at a Church Holiday Craft Faire where the vendors raise money for them but the tables and space used go toward the Church so they can benefit several programs. 



Hunger Games:
In a rare Saturday Appearance Mark S. Allen joined to talk to Cody about an upcoming event this next week on Good Day. Stay tuned to Good Day Monday for a very special announcement from Mark on how you can win a trip to LA to be a part of the new Hunger Games Movie at the Red Carpet Premiere. Then on Tuesday the fun begins and a winner will be announced. If You remember Brooke Lusk and Brittany Young both once won a contest similar to this and they are doing very well for themselves.
