Shape Up... Today in the News 11/6/2014:



Favorite Story / Story of the Day: Interstellar, Christmas, Baby Giants, Good Day Fitness
From Movies to Christmas to Giants and Babies to getting into shape with fun that is part of what took place today on Good Day Sacramento. 



Interstellar opens Nationwide tomorrow on the old 70mm IMax Screen as a wish Director Christopher Nolan wanted and shot in. The movie starring Matthew Mcconaughey and Sacramento Native Jessica Chastain is creating quite the Buzz. Today Mark, Good Day and Esquire IMax Theater teamed up to allow Good Day viewers a sneak preview before it hits theaters everywhere tomorrow. After the movie ended Mark talked with some of the viewers and I everyone loved it. 



Christmas is right around the corner and today the celebrations, and preparations began.  First Kristin was in Old Sacramento as the Official Tree arrived and crews got set to put the tree in the ground, Melissa was at Total Beauty Experience as they hold a 20 year Anniversary Sale tonight from 5-9pm at 
2929 Arden Way, Sacramento, CA 9164817994 a GREAT spot for your wife or Girlfriend's Holiday Shopping List. Put wait that's not all, today Kristin was at Downtown Macy's as they along with Make a wish team up for Letters To Santa:7th Annual Believe Event where you drop off a letter to Santa and donate $1 to donate to Make a wish and they will make a dream come trueWe first heard of the Believe Campaign yesterday on Good Day with Cody and today Kristin was there as the event kicked off. 
 


Cody was in Suisun City checking out a local family who brings the Giants Good Luck every 2 years when starting in 2010 again in 2012 and again in 2014 she gives birth and each time the Giants win the Pennant.



Cody didn't finish there while in Suisun City Cody went to visit Amy Vo.  Amy is an artist that makes art out of food. She is so cute. She can be reached for more information and maybe to create art for an event you have at vtinytina@yahoo.com 



Today was another fun Good Day event when 7 of the cast members took to former Good Day Player Angel Cardenez's gym Westbound Fitness 1270 Triangle Court in West Sacramento, CA for the First Ever Low Budget Presidential Fitness Challenge. Each member had to complete different challenges and the results are in. Starting at 7th - 1st.
