Final Thoughts:
This week on the show Sarah the Hunger Games contest winner sat in on the panel that consisted of Alexa, Brian, Dionna, Anna, and Mark.
This week Singer/Song Writer Pitbull provided the insult to open the show that saw Mark joined on stage with Penguins of Madagascar and real Penguins before the Retro Reel Review where David Morelas talked about Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 before talking about 3 new movies and 2 new to DVD.
In this weeks New Movies Mark and crew talked about Horrible Bosses 2. The first movie was okay so I was surprised they came out with a second one. Though the movie looks good I think it came out against better movies so that could be why it didn't do very well.
With so much going on in the world Penguins was a GREAT family movie and perfect to release over the Thanksgiving Holiday. With many families already seeing Big Hero 6 Penguins served as a nice family replacement.
In a movie many think will get a lot of Oscar Buzz Imitation Game did very well and served as the third movie Mark and crew talked about this week making for a nice Thanksgiving Weekend for Actor Benedict Cumberbatch who was in both Imitation Game and Penguins of Madagascar.
New to DVD this week was The Giver with Jeff Bridges and November Man with Pierce Brosnan who took a very nice liking to to Rachel.
During the opening this week Mark showed a clip of a really bad Star Wars Christmas Special I think from the 80's. However next week I would be shocked if he does not show the actual clip of Star Wars Episode 7 that I included above. The movies releasing next week look very limited and non interesting. I didn't even list them in New for next week because no one movie stands out. So look for Hunger Games to dominate once again. Until next week I will see you at the DVD rental line.
