Hello Race Fans, It's a beautiful day for indoor Go Kart Racing in Northern California as the First EVER Good Day Go Kart Race got underway shortly after the 5am hour. As the racer got set and prepared their cars and checked their notes as well as get last minute race instructions from their teams much like the Jeff Gordon NASCAR team does, Julissa provided the rules of the track at Go Kart Racer located at 1430 Enterprise Blvd West Sacramento, CA

Once the 6am hour hit it was time for the official race to begin with "Mel on the Move" Each racer had 3 laps to compete for the BEST time and Melissa's Official time was 24.3 seconds.

Next to hit the Race track was none other than Truck Tracker Toots who did very well His official time was 24.8.

Toots was followed by the one and only T-Mac who had an official time of 26.4 which so far after 3 racers Melissa remained in the lead.

One of my favorite drivers in the race today was Cody aka Ricky Bobby Cody. If your not first your last however that is not the case for Ricky Bobby Cody who ran his official time of 25.0 knocking Tina down to 4th place.

However that would be short lived because following Ricky Bobby Cody was none other than Kartin Court who had an official time of 24.5 which was good enough to knock Truck Tracker Toots into 3rd. and Courtney in 2nd meaning Cody fell to 4th and Tina to 5th.

One of the odds on favorite to win the race was Mark S. Allen who recently raced in the NASCAR Media Race in Roseville where he had a rod break and another driver helped him into the wall knocking him out. Mark (Speed) Allen wanted so desperately to win this race to live up to his name and bring it back into "Good Day Glory" Mark would do just that with an official time of 24.2. Mark may have had the best strategy of all the drivers by driving the first lap slow to get use to the track and picking up the pace in the final lap putting him into the lead with 2 Racers to go.

Like I said With 2 divers left Kickin Up Dust Ken took his turn and finished with a time of 28.1 which is the worst of all. Ken won the Good Job Good Effort as he revealed he has never driven a Go Kart before.

The Final Racer or was it was Dirty Skirde who took to the track and finished with a time of a 27.8 meaning Ken finished last and Mark is the winner of the Cup or did he?

In a last second a Mystery Driver emerged wearing a pink helmet. Was it Marianne, Tracy, Sean? Nope it was the daughter of Good Day Director Jonathan Meris Kailey who is only 7 with an official track time of 23.5 meaning Kailey Meris takes the cup away from Mark.
