Night Crawlers Crawls To Top @Markatthemovies Episode 266 Marvel Movie Special Highlights:
Week of 11/1/2014 - 11/2/2014:
Box Office Report:
The Scary Box Office Numbers are in and the Halloween Weekend belongs to... Nightcrawler with an estimate $10,909,000. Coming in very close second and dropping one spot Ouija with $10,900,000. Coming in 3rd again this week Fury with $9,100,000 Staying at 4th Gone Girl with $8,800,000 and round out the Top 5 The Book of Life (2014) with $8,300,000.
I am pretty shocked at the numbers both Nightcrawlers got as well as the second week for Ouija but Jake Gyllenhaal I heard delivers a pretty amazing performance. Much like everyone did in this weeks Special Edition of Mark at the Movies as the honor all things Marvel Movies this week....
Opening Skit:
Marvel Charades No one was guessing Rachel's word until she got mad and left and Dionna guessed
Opening Insult:
Multiple
Retro Reel Review:
Nathan Best from www.Comicbookmovie.com talked about the new Marvel Movies coming out including Avengers. Nate talked about Big Hero 6 as well.

Final Thoughts:
November 10, 1939 the very first Marvel Comic was published, later this month they turn 75 and this week on Mark at The Movies Mark along with Rachel, Brian, Dionna, Anna and special guests Julian Soto and Comic Book Movies Nathan Best pay homage to this GREAT Comic Book and their movies.
Leading off Mark was joined Nathan to talk about what is ahead for this great franchise from Avengers to the next release Big Hero 6 in theaters November 7th.
I've always love when Mark and Mark at the Movies has a theme show like they did this week and once again the show itself did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the looks back through the years of Marvel movies and the changes in the actors from the movies. Hugh Jackman of X Men I think has had the most change. A lot of hair then and less hair on his head now.
One of the things that has always made me enjoy Anna is her knowledge of movies and the back stories that come with it and this week Dionna did the same as well as Julian who might be the king of know it all when it comes to Marvel. I had no idea that X Men was made by Fox who took it from Marvel. I also had no idea that Chris Evans turned down the roll of Captain America 3 times before deciding to do it as Dionna provided.
I STRONGLY encourage everyone who loves Marvel movies to download the Mark at the Movies app for Iphone so you can watch this fun Special Edition once it is released Monday afternoon.

Next weeks show is also shaping up to be an excellent show with the release of Big Hero 6 and Interstellar. So until then I will see you at the movies.
