Final Thoughts:
The Hobbit holds the top spot for the 3rd week in a row but perhaps the surprises of the weekend came with Frozen jumping back up to #2 after falling to the #3 last week. However with kids out of school for the Holiday break I am guessing this caused this jump especially families seeing movies on Christmas Day. The other surprise is The Secret Life of Walter of Mitty opening to a 7th place finish and Wolf of Wall Street opening at the 5th spot. I would think these two films will have a better showing next week with Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones being really the only movie opening Friday January 3 but it's kind of been proven people like movies like this so you never know and we will find out together....
The show this week was very Larry Morgan heavy. First talking about American Hustle in Retro Reel Review and then came he back to talk about Grudge Match in which he is a part of. In fact I would say had it not been for Sly Stallone or Robert de' Niro he would be the star of the show. He was the star of the interviews this week when he interviewed himself about his role.
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is Flat Amazing... It is hard to explain it if you haven't seen it so I strongly suggest you pay to see it. I have been a fan of Ben Stiller since before Cable Guy and Zoolander but this might me one of his BEST.
Wolf of Wall Street while Mark and Kylie talked about it I was hoping for a little more but with only about 22-23 minutes of actual show you can't get it all in. I think Mark will give it time in the future.
All in all the show this week was solid and I LOVE Kylie Erica Mar Co-Hosting with Mark. Be sure to check her out on Made in Hollywood each weekend.
Until next weekend I will see you at the movies....
