Monday Night Football:
This game finally gave us a decent game to watch as the Ravens traveled to take on the Lions in Detroit. Baltimore could not find the end zone but that didn't matter because kicker Justin Tucker kicked 6 Field Goals including the game winning kick of 61 yards. This kick led the Ravens to victory of 18-16 over the Lions.

Final Thoughts:
As we start the home stretch of Christmas 2013 the shows started showing people giving back. Today was no different but before we get to that the shows also talk about gift ideas that you can do yourself. Today on My58 we learned how to make our own candles. On Fox we learned how to take a simple dowel and make great storage gift ideas and different ways to use them. One thing noticeably missing from today's Good Day Sacramento was Gina from ThriftTown and the 12 Days of Thriftmas though they posted Friday's up today.  but nonetheless the other shows had the DIY covered.
Also on My58 & Fox40 they talked about the Thunder Valley event for the Sacramento Food Bank with their healthy donation to the food bank as well as Santa coming to visit.
All the shows talked about the Mega Millions jackpot and the climb it is taking for tonight's draw.
On Fox Paul talked to a local vet about what's good/bad for your pets.
Now about those Christmas Miracles.
As I stated Thunder Valley made a nice donation to the Sacramento Food Bank but it was Kristin Marshall and Good Day Sacramento who won the story of the day. After being hit by a car over the weekend a homeless man Mr. Anthony was devastated to see what happened to his dog River. River was struck by a hit and run driver in Roseville and needs extensive work down so he can make a full recovery. The GREAT people of Roseville stepped up and really came through. Though River and Mr. Anthony still need a lot of help you can help as well, so if you want to help contact Atlantic Street Vet

Also on Good Day Sacramento Mark checked on the progress of Rodney who is collecting toys and items for troops as well as their families. Mark also checked out a local teen who won a duck calling contest, let's say it was very gamey. Mark also checked out the event with Stockton Fire and PD giving back.
In studio was some cute kids from Roseville Singers Company.
Courtney returned from vacation and checked out Andy's Candy's.
Ken introduced us to yet another sensational senior and the Manly Minute was back today from being gone yesterday.
Amy checked out the local Tree lot voted #1 in Rocklin and had fun at Dutch Bros new ER911 drink.
