Nha started her day at a Legends of Boxing Camp taking place in West Sacramento. Nha was at Front Street Shelter finding out more about the pets that got there last night who became lost and/or injured. Science Sundays takes place every Sunday at Sacramento Children's Museum. The Price is included in the price of admission. Nha was at SacTown Club checking out people with new bodies who have lost a ton of weight through workout.

It was another great Sunday show with all your Sunday Favorites such as Ask Eleanor, Mark's Movie Minute, Dishin With Tina, and Marlene the Plant Lady.
We got some great advice from Front Street Shelter where Nha was at for one of her segments where pets ended up there last night with Fireworks and how they got scared. Front Street added this is one of their busiest days of the year trying to reunite pets with their owners. Plus her segment at Legends Boxing and Children's Museum were both very solid and full of information.
It was great to see Kristin from San Francisco at Urban Putt.
Heather did a GREAT job in the Stockton and Lodi areas with #DineStockton, MMA & Kickboxing Academy for women, Blend Ultra Lounge and at Stockton Civic center for Legally Blonde the Musical.
With Cody on Vacation until July 15th Lori and Melissa teamed up once again doing an outstanding job hosting the show and bringing us the in studio portion of today's program with Melissa getting a "Head" of the competition. We have not finished the first Sunday of July and today had some GREAT moments that included Sunday Staples Ask Eleanor, Mark's Movie Minute, Dishin With Tina, Marlene the Plant Lady. Kristin joined from San Francisco at Urban Putts for some indoor Mini Golf. Nha was getting a workout in at a Boxing Camp in West Sac with legends. Nha was at Sacramento Children's Museum for Science Sunday. Heather talked about #DineStockton and Blend Ultra in Lodi. Melissa had her head cut off and it was still attached. Lori was with Miss Tall International. Of course none of this is possible with all of the GREAT people at Good Day who work hard each day. See you at 430am
