I am super excited for today's show. One of my friends who has a War Museum is being featured. Dann from the Museum of the Forgotten Warriors has a GREAT museum out in Marysville, CA near Beale AFB. I've lost contact with Dann over the years after his son returned home from a couple of tours in Iraq. It will be GREAT to see him again even if it is on the magic of television. Wow! Today's show was so GREAT I don't know how to express in words. Starting in the 7am hour Nina previewed the Miss Sac USA pageant that she will be the emcee for tonight. Melissa had breakfast with Vets Christianne made chocolate Ms. Eleanor had all the great juicy gossip. But perhaps my favorite thing this hour was the Skype with Toby Philpott who was the left arm & tongue of Jabba the Hut. His stories were remarkable.
In the 8am hour Christianne showed an amazing chocolate turkey. Nina started her transformation into a beauty queen though she already is in my opinion. Tina was Dishin from a pizza place that just looks so good. The Makeup Geek answered viewer questions after giving makeup tips. Cody & Amy also had another Skype guest. This time was a couple who started a wedding in a box. Before knowing much about it I was a bit skeptical but after they explained it I get it. Before you love another you must love yourself. People who suffer from low self esteem like I do can benefit from this program to learn loving yourself will pick up your self esteem.
We also learned a life lesson from Mike on the Mic who can be seen at River Cats games pumping up the crowd talked about him being bullied, what kids can do to get help and about the recent events in the NFL involving the Dolphins. I included a recent statement from Jonathan Martin below. READ AT OWN RISK! Not suitable for kids barely for adults. My favorite part of the 8 was Melissa at the Forgotten Warriors Museum. This museum is epic. I got shakes just watching and remembering the stories I've heard on my visits to the Museum.
In the 9am Nina & Melissa continued in their live shots from the 8 while Cody checked out toys from Willikers Toy Emporium, Christianne learned business tips from Business Intuitive Cody talked to Fogdoc who makes anti fog & glare products great for the slopes. and THE GREAT FAIZON LOVE joined Cody & Amy in studio. He joined Cody for toys and did the absolute BEST weather report complete with booty pop I've ever seen.
In the 10 we saw the reveal of what Nina learned & how beautiful she looked. Melissa visited the WWII section at the Museum. Christianne continued her segment from the 9. Amy got to play with toys from G. Willikers. Lori gave us Pinterest ideas & Hot Headlines. Cody and Amy more Cody learned all about Thor from Empire Comics and finally not only did we learn from Javier's reading what does the fox say we also learned from NHI’s Massage Therapy School what a massage does.
It was a jammed packed four hours of GREATNESS today on Good Day Sacramento and I am grateful for all they did.

Jonathan Martin Statement... WARNING LANGUAGE!!!!!! Editor's note: The following statement contains language that many might find offensive.
NFL Media obtained a statement Thursday night from sports attorney David Cornwell, counsel for Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin.
Below is the statement from Cornwell, the first public comments he's issued on Martin's situation.
"Jonathan Martin's toughness is not at issue," Cornwell said in the statement. "Jonathan has started every game with the Miami Dolphins since he was drafted in 2012. At Stanford, he was the anchor for Jim Harbaugh's "smash mouth" brand of football and he protected Andrew Luck's blind side.
"The issue is Jonathan's treatment by his teammates. Jonathan endured harassment that went far beyond the traditional locker-room hazing. For the entire season-and-a-half that he was with the Dolphins, he attempted to befriend the same teammates who subjected him to the abuse with the hope that doing so would end the harassment. This is a textbook reaction of victims of bullying. Despite these efforts, the taunting continued. Beyond the well-publicized voice mail with its racial epithet, Jonathan endured a malicious physical attack on him by a teammate, and daily vulgar comments such as the quote at the bottom. These facts are not in dispute.
"Eventually, Jonathan made a difficult choice. Despite his love for football, Jonathan left the Dolphins. Jonathan looks forward to getting back to playing football. In the meantime, he will cooperate fully with the NFL investigation."

Martin has been absent from the Dolphins since last week after a cafeteria prank. NFL Media's Steve Wyche reported earlier Thursday that Martin has hired Cornwell to advise him in the Dolphins case involving Richie Incognito.

In the 9am Nina & Melissa continued in their live shots from the 8 while Cody checked out toys from Willikers Toy Emporium, Christianne learned business tips from Business Intuitive Cody talked to Fogdoc who makes anti fog & glare products great for the slopes. and THE GREAT FAIZON LOVE joined Cody & Amy in studio. He joined Cody for toys and did the absolute BEST weather report complete with booty pop I've ever seen.
In the 10 we saw the reveal of what Nina learned & how beautiful she looked. Melissa visited the WWII section at the Museum. Christianne continued her segment from the 9. Amy got to play with toys from G. Willikers. Lori gave us Pinterest ideas & Hot Headlines. Cody and Amy more Cody learned all about Thor from Empire Comics and finally not only did we learn from Javier's reading what does the fox say we also learned from NHI’s Massage Therapy School what a massage does.
It was a jammed packed four hours of GREATNESS today on Good Day Sacramento and I am grateful for all they did.

Jonathan Martin Statement... WARNING LANGUAGE!!!!!! Editor's note: The following statement contains language that many might find offensive.
NFL Media obtained a statement Thursday night from sports attorney David Cornwell, counsel for Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin.
Below is the statement from Cornwell, the first public comments he's issued on Martin's situation.
"Jonathan Martin's toughness is not at issue," Cornwell said in the statement. "Jonathan has started every game with the Miami Dolphins since he was drafted in 2012. At Stanford, he was the anchor for Jim Harbaugh's "smash mouth" brand of football and he protected Andrew Luck's blind side.
"The issue is Jonathan's treatment by his teammates. Jonathan endured harassment that went far beyond the traditional locker-room hazing. For the entire season-and-a-half that he was with the Dolphins, he attempted to befriend the same teammates who subjected him to the abuse with the hope that doing so would end the harassment. This is a textbook reaction of victims of bullying. Despite these efforts, the taunting continued. Beyond the well-publicized voice mail with its racial epithet, Jonathan endured a malicious physical attack on him by a teammate, and daily vulgar comments such as the quote at the bottom. These facts are not in dispute.
"Eventually, Jonathan made a difficult choice. Despite his love for football, Jonathan left the Dolphins. Jonathan looks forward to getting back to playing football. In the meantime, he will cooperate fully with the NFL investigation."

Martin has been absent from the Dolphins since last week after a cafeteria prank. NFL Media's Steve Wyche reported earlier Thursday that Martin has hired Cornwell to advise him in the Dolphins case involving Richie Incognito.
