Today marks the final Sunday in July meaning the California State Fair will be closing for another year. At last report they said attendance was up from last year. Lets hope they raised the roof to go see Cody Stark's neighbor Bonnie's award winning quilt.

Millionaire Bars Filled brownies. 6oz chocolate chips spread over brownie 3/4 chopped nuts melted Carmel on top 14 oz Carmel 1/3 cup condense milk another layer of brownies. Bake 20-25 minutes spread Carmel on top again. Did not say at what temp but guessing same as normal brownie baking.
