Every July after MLB has their All Star Game the day after ESPN has their sports award show named the ESPY'S well they also have a "" Lifetime Achievement Award for courage and for this case Former ESPN Current Good Morning America host Robin Roberts won the Arthur Ashe for courage award. Final Thought:
I get MMA is a popular sport I just don't care to watch someone being kicked in the head and face. Maybe it's because of my tumor but who knows. I can't believe it's back to school already. My niece just graduated in May. Time flies.
I'm sorry to keep doing this to Fox40 but I wish they would show address info on their cooking segments.
It was GREAT to see the return of the Brown Bag Show Down on Good Day Sacramento today. Always one of my favorite segments on the show with 2 chefs going head to head with ingredients provided for them. The story of the couple with Brain injuries was so inspiring to them I wish them and all people suffering from an injury like that a very speedy recovery. I'm right there with you and together we can win the fight put in front of us. We just need to laugh, cry, stand up and remember no one can stop us. If you need to gain inspiration from your news program like I have on Good Day Sacramento and some cast members in the past then do it. Use that 4.5 hours to escape your trials and troubles of the day.
