Today's Recap:
South Sac Vikings Tiny Mites Cheer Squad joined Cambi in studio for a performance and some fun! This squad consists of five, six, and seven-year-olds. The squad just performed in San Jose for the JAMZ cheerleading competition all the girls received medals. Cambi had today's Hot Headlines.



Kevin was at William Jessup University getting a preview of It's a Wonderful Life Nov 11th - 20th. Kevin spent his Sunday on two wheels at The Bikes and Beers Bike Show hosted by The Ride by Golz UpCycle which is a bike show that includes beers, vendors, music, food and more! Lots of local business and unique bike related items are also on hand with some amazing bikes.



Dave was at True Rest Float Spas finding out more about their Veteran's Day Special. True REST Float Spas wanted to find a way to honor those who are currently serving or have served our country. All True REST Float Spas in our area will host a VETS FLOAT FREE day to celebrate and thank Vets. Dave went back to Jurassic Park at Discover the Dinosaurs Unleashed! Today from 10-7pm you can venture back to a time when the dinosaurs roamed the earth at Discover the Dinosaurs UNLEASHED and experience up-close encounters with a lifelike Stegosaurus, Velociraptor and the king T-Rex in this walk-thru exhibit. Dave was with Students of Sacramento State who are rehearsing for a special dance number for the December dance concert. 



Nha was with the Serra's in Stockton who are giving back through Hope Haven West During their travels they help those in need with wheelchairs in other parts of the world. Nha was checking out the 65th AAUW Stockton Annual Home Tour.  Nha was at Harvey Park in Galt where The Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter held a free pet vaccine, microchipping and wellness clinic for dogs and giving out low-cost spay and neuter vouchers.

Today on Good Day Dave was at True Rest Float Spas finding out more about their Veteran's Day Special. True REST Float Spas wanted to find a way to honor those who are currently serving or have served our country. All True REST Float Spas in our area will host a VETS FLOAT FREE day to celebrate and thank Vets. Flotation Therapy is being embraced and used by growing numbers of Veterans suffering from PTSD and other issues. Many studies and research is being conducted presently on the benefits to military veterans.

Today on Good Day Dave went back to Jurassic Park at Discover the Dinosaurs Unleashed!  Today from 10-7pm you can venture back to a time when the dinosaurs roamed the earth at Discover the Dinosaurs UNLEASHED and experience up-close encounters with a lifelike Stegosaurus, Velociraptor and the king T-Rex in this walk-thru exhibit. Kids can become junior paleontologists as they dig for fossils in the Valley of the Bones and visit the Kids Adventure Zone filled with themed bouncy houses, crafts and more. It’s family fun of prehistoric proportions!

Dave: Dance Sites 2016
Today on Good Day Dave was with Students of Sacramento State who are rehearsing for a special dance number for the December dance concert. The show is a re-creation of a piece originally created by Jose Limon (1908-1972), considered a crucial figure in modern dance. The piece Sac State dancers are doing is a suite from his master work “A Choreographic Offering.” It’s being directed by guest choreographer Gary Masters, a professor emeritus from San Jose State.

Nha: Free Dog Clinic
Today on Good Day Nha was at Harvey Park in Galt where The Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter held a free pet vaccine, microchipping and wellness clinic for dogs and giving out low-cost spay and neuter vouchers. These services are available only to Sacramento County residents. All dogs must be on leashes, while puppies must be in carriers or open boxes to prevent exposure to parvo on the ground. This is in hopes that people vaccinate and properly take care of their four-legged friends!
